It was an interesting tour but it was extremely difficult to find the meeting place. It certainly didn’t help that thy moved up the meeting time while we were on the train to Florence. We couldn’t adjust our time. But they did wait for us which was appreciated

It is worthwhile to better understand the evolution of Art from the medieval to Renaissance period. Bruce was amazing and a treasure trove of historical and anecdotal snippets. He was patient, helpful and knew his art history, while remaining accessible and light hearted in his delivery. Highly recommend!!

Dear Sandra, We wish you had shared more information about your experience with us. Especially about how the actual tour went, we hope you enjoyed our guide’s company and knowledge, you did have one of our best guiding your group. The fact is on the day of your tour we had a full group of 10 participants, and according to the Uffizi Galleries’ new policy, groups with more than 10 people must pay 70€ to the museum before entering. Instead of cancelling any bookings we always decide to pay that amount to not spoil our client’s plans. For our potential clients concern, the 70€ is paid by us the agency, we do not ask any extra money from the client. Our tour guide took care of that and the tour happened perfectly after the amount was paid. Your one star review seems unfair to us, it doesn’t reflect the way we work and definitely is not accurate regarding the tour guide’s professionalism. Sincerely, Florence & Global Tours management

Bellissima esperienza soprattutto grazie a Loredana, la guida che con impegno e immensa passione ci ha raccontato prima la storia di Firenze e della famiglia Medici e poi mostrato e spiegato le opere presenti all'interno degli Uffizi. Grande Loredana!
