The advertisement was for 4 hrs at 9am. They confirmed 10am in the morning. They didn’t show up until 1030 drove us to the place and drove us back by 1230. Total time was less than 3 hrs so not at all what was advertised

Hello Todd, we thank you for your kind and honest review. However the duration advertised is real. If you are staying at any hotel in Miches the tour will last 2 hours because your hotel is only 15 minutes away. The four hours includes round trip transfer. The tour is one and half an hour on the horses not four hours on the horses. People staying in Punta Cana get four hours because it takes them an hour to get here, 15 minutes. safety briefing and 1:30 on the horses 15 minutes to stretch their legs and another hour to comeback. We are glad that the experience itself was amazing for you and your family and we are sorry. that you had in mind. four hours on the horses.

We made our booking on the same day (Friday) however got a message to say they’re not working today and they’ll pick us up tomorrow. Later that day we got a message to say they’re now closed and they’ll pick us up on Monday. When I confronted them and said that they’d told us we’d be collected tomorrow they denied saying it until I sent them proof. They then flat out refused and said it was Monday or cancel. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

This is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience everyone should have. With a professional guide leading the horses, you ride along the beach and through small trails, enjoying the ocean breeze and the incredible, unobstructed sea views. In short, it’s truly a must-do experience that you should have at least once in your life. 🌊🐎✨
