    We cannot recommend this company. First, our tour time was changed at the last minute. We were then picked up in what seemed to be a private vehicle, which was old and not very clean. We arrived to the ranch and noticed that we were the only ones there and that the horses didn’t look to good. The two horses that we were supposed to ride were okay, but unfortunately, they weren’t very responsive to commands and we did not complete the trip. We felt very uncomfortable. One horse started moving on its on and would not obey commands - he actually pulled away several times. The other horse wouldn’t move initially, the people on the ranch ended up slapping the horse on the butt several times before he moved. Neither of us had any real previous riding experience, which we noted on arrival. However, the tour guide’s only instructions were the directions to pull the bit. We spent no preliminary time getting to know the horses or receiving proper instructions. The tour guide then told us to go ahead and he would follow behind us on a trail, which felt very uncomfortable. We asked him to lead the way, but with the horses still not obeying completely we began feeling even more uncomfortable. We asked to be dismounted within 10 mins of arriving. We never even got down the trail. The tour guide asked if one of us wanted to continue and leave the other behind, but of course we didn’t. The photographer snapped a few shots photos of us and we provided him $10. The tour guide then asked that we provide him a tip. I’m not sure why he expected a tip considering that we never completed the excursion and didn’t have a great experience or guidance, but my wife reluctantly handed him $5. I didn’t want to question her, but later, she named that she felt uncomfortable and just wanted to go without problems. We’ve reached out to request a refund, noting that the experience was not completed; however, so far we’ve been denied because the tour guide is claiming that the experience was completed. We were really looking forward to horseback riding, especially considering that it was our anniversary, instead, we had them return us to our resort. We’ve booked through another company with a better rating and more reviews and hope that trip will be much better. Please note that all though this company has 5 stars, they only have one review. Also know that many of the horses look unkept and unwell. One horse looked to have an eye issue, when my wife approached the horse she was immediately warned not to because “he was too young and wild.” We believe in paying for good services and enjoying experiences. I would not recommend this service if you are looking for a good, quality experience.

We regularly conduct health checks and ensure they are well cared for. The horse with the eye issue is under veterinary care, and the young horse is kept separate for safety reasons. We ensure all horses used for rides are healthy and fit for the activity. Riding Experience and Instructions: We regret that you felt the instructions were insufficient. Our guides are trained to provide necessary safety instructions and ensure guests are comfortable. We will reinforce training to improve the guidance provided, especially for guests with no prior riding experience. Tour Guide’s Conduct: Our guides are trained to follow the needs of our guests. We apologize if the guide’s decision to follow behind made you uncomfortable. They are instructed to ensure safety first and to accommodate guest preferences whenever possible. Completion of the Experience: According to our records, the tour guide did everything possible to ensure your safety and comfort during the ride. The offer to continue the ride was made to provide flexibility, not to cause discomfort. We are sorry that this was not communicated effectively. Tipping and Refund: Tipping is entirely at the discretion of our guests and should reflect their satisfaction with the service. We apologize if this request made you uncomfortable. Regarding the refund, as the tour proceeded for the duration that you were comfortable with and services were rendered, we believe a refund is not warranted. However, we are open to discussing this further to reach a satisfactory resolution. Company Ratings and Reviews: We value all feedback and strive to improve based on it.     Arriving on the beach - the view was beautiful - original and untamed. We stopped and photos were taken, quite the fun time. Horses were fit and happy, responded well to the reins and knew the way...
