the boat ride its self was nice, but you are not guaranteed to see dolphins and you definitely do not get to swim with them. we couldn’t use the slide due to being in “shallow waters”. snorkeling was only 15 minutes and extremely light snacks were provided. staff members were extremely pushy for good reviews and tips. thank god the DJ played good music and kept folks entertained and brought good energy. the description upsells the event. i have had way better party boat experiences.

I contemplated even doing this review because of how we were mishandled on this excursion/boat tour. I tried to chalk it up to a language barrier but after speaking to a few people on the island, I agree, they attempted to get over. First and foremost, the start time was slated for 3pm. Our driver said the pickup time was 1:25pm and we had to walk all the way to the street to get transportation. We spent the next two hours doing several pickups where we had to wait for others to load the bus they were not ready. Once we got to the boat, everything seemed fine. We ordered hookah, a bottle of casamigos, chicken tacos and shrimp skewers since I don’t eat chicken that totaled 315 USD. That later became 398 USD due to added tax that our waitstaff worker didn’t inform us about. My boyfriend had to go down and remind the guy that took our order with the language barrier to make it. He was told it would be made when we got in the middle of where the boats docked. However, there were others that already had their hookah. Our bottle came out in a timely fashion. We were told they only had Coke, sprite and fruit punch as chasers to only see others walking around with pineapple juice. The chicken tacos came with chicken skewers. I informed the gentlemen with the language barrier that that’s not what I ordered and I pointed back at the menu to show him what I ordered. After speaking with a few people that understood English and informed him what I was saying, he left and came back with two plates of extra chicken tacos. He then apologized and said they didn’t have the shrimp that they advertised on the menu. I declined the plate of chicken tacos that I do not eat. My boyfriend spoke to several other workers that assured this would be rectified and it never happened. Now the boat is docked back at the port and we asked for our money back only for the shrimp we didn’t receive. My boyfriend was pissed at this point because with travel time and time spent on the boat, that’s 6 hours of consuming alcohol and no food for me to eat. He became very upset and asked for the head person. We finally got off the boat and got pointed to a gentlemen that refused to listen to what I had to say and he only wanted to discuss what his worker with the language barrier said. The worker lied and said I “changed” my order. I was fed up and I told my boyfriend that we needed to leave because this was bad business and poor customer service. Management was very hostile but eventually gave us the 30 dollars back for the shrimp we never received. It was also advertised as an “open bar” but after discussing this with some ladies on the way back to the resort, I heard they charged for the “open bar” as well. As an avid traveler and someone who has traveled to DR before, there’s an immense amount of greed and a lack of customer service. I will never, ever book this experience again.

First, we always deliver exactly what is advertised on our product page. We strongly encourage every guest to carefully read the tour description before booking. Our excursion clearly includes round-trip transportation, unlimited open bar, fresh tropical fruits, and light snacks such as nachos with cheese or salsa. At no point do we advertise or promise full meals, restaurant food, hookah, bottle service, or any of the additional items mentioned in your review.
The food, hookah, premium liquor bottles, and other products referenced in your review were purchased from independent third-party vendors operating in the public Natural Pool area. These vendors are completely separate from us. Tours. We do not own, manage, employ, or control them, are we not responsible for their prices, taxes, menus, or private transactions.
It is also important to clarify that you voluntarily placed several orders with those independent vendors. Later, a disagreement arose regarding payment for products that had already been ordered. This dispute had absolutely no connection to our company or the services included in our excursion.
Although this matter was entirely outside our responsibility, our manager immediately stepped in to help de-escalate the situation. He personally spoke with the independent vendors and successfully arranged a full refund for your purchases as a gesture of goodwill and to prevent the situation from escalating further. We have photographs and video documentation confirming that the refund was made and that the matter was fully resolved.
Throughout the incident, our entire team remained calm, professional, and respectful. Unfortunately, our staff was subjected to inappropriate language, verbal insults, aggressive behavior, and repeated demands for products and services that are not part of our tour. Despite this, our team continued to provide assistance with professionalism and respect, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone on board.
Adults are responsible for the purchasing decisions they make with independent third-party vendors. While guests are participating in our excursion, their safety and comfort are always our priority. However, we cannot accept responsibility for private transactions made with businesses that operate independently from us.
Regarding transportation, this is a shared excursion. Pickup times are communicated in advance and may begin well before the activity starts, as multiple hotels are served to ensure that every guest arrives on time. This information is clearly explained before the tour.
We genuinely value constructive feedback because it helps us improve. At the same time, respect must always be mutual. Our company is built on professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service. We are committed not only to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests but also to protecting the dignity and well-being of our employees, who deserve to work in a safe and respectful environment.

Very disappointing experience. We went to the snorkeling area expecting to see colorful fish and coral, but there was almost nothing to see. The sand bar was brown and looked unclean, so we didn’t even go into the water.
The entertainment was also disappointing. The staff barely participated in the dancing, and they only played one song before ending the activity. Instead of interacting with guests and creating a fun atmosphere, many of the staff seemed more interested in taking photos of guests to sell them.
Overall, the excursion did not live up to the expectations that were advertised. I would not recommend it, as it felt more focused on making extra money than providing a quality experience for guests.

The main focus of the activity is the party boat atmosphere, music, open bar, entertainment, and time on the ocean. Snorkeling and marine-life viewing are included as part of the experience, but visibility, coral appearance, fish activity, water clarity, currents, and sea conditions are all natural factors that no tour operator can control.
Punta Cana is a beautiful Caribbean destination, but the ocean changes daily depending on weather, tides, wind, and natural conditions. On some days, guests may see more colorful fish and clearer water; on other days, nature simply does not allow the same visibility. We always do our best to provide the best possible experience within safe and realistic conditions.
Regarding the entertainment team, our staff’s role is to create a fun, energetic, and respectful group atmosphere for all guests. They encourage dancing, music, and interaction as part of the party boat experience, but they do not participate in individual or personal dancing with guests. like you asked our staff to do with you .This is part of maintaining professionalism, respect, and comfort for everyone on board.

My man and I had a ball. I would definitely book again when I return to DR. The hookahs need to be upgraded because for the price they should be hitting way better. Overall I give it a 1000/10.

This is the party boat you want if you want a live twerk show and to listen to the latest trashy rap music. They do serve snacks, if that is what you want to call it. We were served like animals. They put a bag of tortilla chips on a cheap tray with a store purchased jar of cheese sauce next to it. To hell with the double dipping rule. The boat ride itself was only about 1 1/2 hours long. The rest of the time you spend at the flee market that charges you to use the dirty restroom and for tissue. Safety is not a priority. Thankfully none of my party was injured.
