SCAM!!! Do not book!

If I could give this vendor zero stars, I absolutely would. THEY LITERALLY NEVER SHOWED UP. After hours of trying to get in contact with this vendor, and even going through Viator Support, they never responded to me or Viator Support (I tried via the Viator app, phone call, and WhatsApp). The reviews made it sound like we would have a fun, memorable experience only for us to be stood up the first night of my bestfriend’s bachelorette/birthday trip. This was a big surprise that we were super excited to give her just for them to take our money and ghost us. Thankfully, I was able to dispute the charge with my bank and get our money back. But please avoid the hassle and just bypass this vendor altogether. IT’S A LITERAL SCAM!!
