We had to wait over an hour before we were picked up and taken to the main boat. The other parties that were on the main boat with us were picked up 30 minutes prior to us and were able to board prior to us thus leaving no seats available for our party and then some had sit on the top deck with all the sun to get sunburn during our time. Once we finally boarded and figured out where we could sit then it was a good time but that took over a hour. The customer journey of getting to that was beyond disappointing and unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the transfer to the main boat was impacted by a mechanical issue with the third-party water taxi provider — a situation that was completely out of our control. While we always aim to deliver a smooth and punctual experience, occasional unexpected technical difficulties can arise on the water, and we truly regret any inconvenience this caused. Our party boat features both shaded areas and open-air seating for guests who enjoy soaking up the sun, but we understand that arriving later than expected limited your seating options. That said, we’re glad to hear that once on board, you enjoyed the party and had a great time. The boat ride itself was very nice needs some mprovement but everyone was nice and music was good The location was the problem Boat didn't depart on time We arrived early as requested no where to sit or go bathroom We stood in hot sand from 11:15 to 12:40 No one acted like they speak English I paid for a chartered bus we were 1 1/2 late getting back
