    Dinner in Cascais

    Teresa and Mario were wonderful hosts. Being in someone's home while on vacation was a very different experience for us. There was some confusion in the Viator directions, as we understood we were to be picked up and taken to Cascais. It turned out, we made our own way there and back in an Uber. Will have to check on this aspect. Other than that, a delightful evening making food with friends--and new friends!

    Teresa and Mario couldn’t have done more to make us feel like we were part of their family. Teresa invited us into her home and showered us with great food, regional drinks and wonderful conversation. We immersed ourselves in the culture by assisting with the meal, while learning so much from them throughout the evening. Highly recommend doing this in Cascais!

    This is an absolutely incredible experience!! Our family all agreed that this was the most special experience of our entire 10 day trip to Portugal! Cannot recommend enough! They are the most gracious hosts and the meal was incredible!
