We had such an amazing day on this tour. Mafalda was an amazing guide, and so professional throughout the whole thing. We even had to change the day of our tour last minute, and she was so flexible in accommodating us. As for the tour itself, the best thing we can ask for when visiting a new place is to be given the real experience: the hidden gems, the underrated spots — the places you wouldn’t think to check out on your own. We really felt like Mafalda was taking us to all of her favorite places, and that’s what made the day so special. It was easily the highlight of our entire trip. I highly recommend this tour!
This was a wonderful way to experience Cascais and Sintra. The elegant brunch venue was delightful with a spectacular view, the sand-dunes wine tasting experience fascinating. As this was for just the two of us, the pace was perfect. Mafalda was a pleasure to be with, considerate and knew how to “read” her clients. Highly recommended.
Our guide, Mafalda, was excellent. Very flexible. We managed to add a tour of the Pena Palace to the tour. Went to a great little place for lunch. She was great to have as our guide!

I visited Cascais with my sister, and it was a wonderful experience. Cascais is a must visit spot if you enjoy the beach and nature. Mafalda took us to several hidden gems and treasured spots that we never would have found on our own. It truly felt like traveling with a friend.
This was a wonderful tour of several beautiful areas around Sintra. I loved the Don Quixote windmill restaurant. It had a delicious menu and a great view of the ocean. The wine tasting was also fun. We learned about some special farming techniques for the wine as well as great conversation with the wine maker. Mafalda was a great guide and knows where all the good spots are along the coast. I would highly recommend!
This was a suburb trip to Sintra! When meeting Mafalda it’s like connecting with a long lost friend! She is so personable, knowledgeable about the area, accommodating and the brunch choice was wonderful! Highly recommend this day trip with Mafalda! So enjoyable!
Perfect number of stops and sites to see to get a taste of Portugal. Our guide was knowledgeable and got us expertly from place to place even getting around a huge traffic jam. The winery stop to end the tour was a highlight. Highly recommend 😎

I loved being able to see the coast, something I wouldn’t have been able to do without a car. The fishing village was a definite highlight! Mafalda ensured that the trip was fun and safe!
Mafalda provided an excellent tour to areas I would have missed on my own. She was friendly and informative. She made it feel like I was going on a tour with a friend. The cafe where we had brunch had delicious food, amazing views, and was such a great venue. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.
Wow! A word I found myself using a LOT! What an awesome day. Beautiful region, fabulous company, food, wine and views to remember forever. Mafalda was a great host, knowledgeable, knew all the best spots and, most importantly, was totally passionate about the area to give a really authentic glimpse into the area. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous trip to explore the coast line outside Cascais and see the countryside. Lovely brunch at a very attractive restaurant overlooking the sea. Wine tasting later in the afternoon was fun. All local wines. Lots of local and historical information. Would highly recommend this personal tour as a very relaxing outing .

It was a lovely experience getting to see some of the remote parts of Cascais and Sintra. Getting to go to the rural fishing village and see the vineyards where the local wine is made was an experience like no other. It’s worth noting that the cost of the brunch and wine tasting are not included in the price of the tour. Other than that not being clear in the ad the tour is definitely worth doing, especially as a small group. Mafalda Is a fantastic host, she knew lots of history about the area. She was kind and relaxed about the trip.
What a trip our guide had great local knowledge and nothing was to much trouble. The brunch was simply fantastic possibly the best meal we have had in Cascais. Wine tasting was good cannot fault any part of the day. It’s a trip to be first on your list in Cascais would do this again in a heartbeat
We, had a very pleasant day. We got to see some beautiful sites. We had a great brunch in a garden at Moinho Dom Quixote. The food was delicious and the view spectacular. We then journeyed up the coast towards Sintra.
Our guide was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
We stopped at few touristy spots for pictures and finished up at a small local winery which was excellent.
Our tour was hosted by Mafalda, she is wonderful, attentive and helpful. The brunch was very good in a lovely location . Enjoyed Cabo de Roca and the wine tasting as well!
Relaxed and laid back tour with a fabulous brunch at an old wind mill. The sandy soil wine tour was unique with alternating grape and apple trees

After 5 weeks in Portugal, this tour with Mafalda was the perfect experience for me to complete my trip with another great memory. She was kind, a great and safe driver, relaxed and knowledgeable.
The winds were high and the sea turbulent, moving in every direction possible. I had never seen anything like it. It made for a very unique experience.
The brunch was relaxing and tasty, set in a beautiful location with many unique features, from the windmill, to the many paintings on the walls and the celing and a perfect view of trees and ocean.
She then showed me the grape vines of the region, growing in sand, alternating between apple trees, and the grape vines, and both grown very low to the ground due to the weather conditions. Very fascinating.
The wine tasting was a great choice too. It allowed me to feel the history and understand the care it takes to grow the grapes and produce delicious wines.

Sintra was amazing. Our guide, Daniel was great. He had the history of the area and palaces down. We enjoyed the tour and his company. Choose him if you have a choice.
A perfect way to spend an afternoon. We didn’t want to to a full day tour, don’t like the crowds of tourists at the typical spots, but we wanted to know more about the area of Cascais. As we rambled along winding roads of Cascais, our guide shared insights only a true native could. First to Cabo da Roça, to stand at the edge of the continent, then to a delightful and romantic spot to enjoy an unusual lunch. More driving and sightseeing with a stop at a local winery, with a tasting and sharing of local wine history, and finally a stop at a very unique shopping experience. Got back in time to enjoy a siesta before dinner. A perfect day. Highly recommended.
