I love the power snorkeling snorkeling, and the other activities that was offered. The only thing that turn me off was one of lady that deal with the dolphin interaction. She kept speaking more Spanish and explaining more to the the people from Latin countries. She kept forgetting about the English speaking people. Also was more aggressive, with us, in return turn me off and I was no longer enjoying the experience and just wanted to leave. But everyone else was beautiful.

Get insect spray!! A wonderful kid and adult friendly place. I went solo and was amazed at how easy it was to get around. No need to pay for water extras, you can still have a great experience. I did however do the sea trek experience which was pretty fascinating !

Xel ha is an unforgettable experience

Xel ha is absolutely brilliant and will definitely make your holiday. Be prepared to pay for extra activities and also it’s definitely worth paying for the photo package - you will not be disappointed. Plenty of life jackets so even non swimmers can feel confident in the river. Would give 5 out of 5 for Xel ha but due to the confusion created by Viator outsourcing the excursion to two different companies we had two different pick up times, indicating we had to exchanged our ticket in Cancun which was about an hour in the opposite direction of Xel ha. Viator were unable to provide any real confident answers and admitted themselves it was confusing! Have used Viator for years but their lack of knowledge of this trip and the amount of wasted hours trying to sort it whilst trying to enjoy your holiday has definitely put me off using again.

Great eco-park!

Just watch utube vids- their own promotional ones- they deliver the goods! You don't see the crowded eating/drinking areas, but the park itself is large enough that crowding want really a bother. Numerous included activities available, so don't get there late. We showed up at noon and had to miss out on a few things. We thought getting there at 9am would make for to long a day, but we found time flew by and we were rushing.
