We pick up from hotels in Cancun until puerto Morelos . We offer pick up from hotel at Cancun and Riviera Maya, the pick up time will be confirmed based on your hotel name, please inform us your hotel name after submit. Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We pickup in the majority of hotels that have a designed tour pickup area. For residential area, boutique hotels,, airbnbs , downtown hotels or similar, we will assign a meeting point.

Great excursion!!! Even great for my kids ages 5&9. Highly Recommend!!! Everyone had a blast. Also bought the photos and videos.

The zipline was everything I thought it would be. Santino was an amazing guide. My only complaint is we waited a while before our driver came back to get us.

On est venu nous chercher à m heure mais il nous a fallu 2 h pour arriver à l endroit. Arrive à 10.15 h nous avons quitté vers 14.15 h. Tout se trouve au même endroit On nous a réclamé 5 dollars par personne pour l assurance et encore des dollars pour des frais de préparation Nous avons refusé de payer car c était écrit sur le site que pas de frais supplémentaires. La balade dans la jungle est petite et banal. On fait 3 tyroliennes On va dire que c est cool si ce n est qu on s est retrouvé avec des gouttes de graisses sur tt nos vêtements et visage La senote n a rien a voir avec les photos montrés sur le site et elle est sale On passe plus de tps à essayer de nous vendre des trucs comme les photos hors de prix On vous interdit de prendre votre gsm avec vous ds les activités Bref pas une bonne expérience pour nous
