Outstanding staff

Unfortunately, as soon as we got on the ATVs, it started thundering and lightning really hard so we had to stop about 10 to 15 minutes in. But the staff was so extremely professional, nice, friendly, helpful, and very efficient on explaining our options. Even though everyone had such a great 10 minutes, they were so apologetic. The ATV was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

My kids and I went on this excursion! 9 and 15. We had a blast, when we arrived my daughter was bummed to find out that she couldn’t drive because she wasn’t 18. Let me tell you our guide who she rode with made sure she had a blast! The ATV experience was awesome and the Cenote with the Zipline was just as great! We got the picture package which I would highly recommend, we got them back today and they capture so many lifetime memories! These are not IPHONE quality pictures they are the real deal!! Do not miss this excursion! The staff was so awesome, down to our awesome drivers who were the most polite gentleman I have encountered!!!

Most definitely would do this again.

Had a great time riding ATVs. Just wish it was a little bit longer. Arely and Carlos were great. They were helpful with the inexperienced riders and stretched the group some for the experienced rider to continue for us to enjoy ourselves.

We had a blast! The ATVs were so much fun! Cenote was pretty cool. I loved visiting Puerto Morelos. It was nice to get to see what Mexico really looks like and soak in the culture. Be aware they don't let you take your phone. They take pictures for you and you can buy them. Honestly I think it was well worth it... it costs us $50 and they sent us about 50 awesome pictures.

Fun but disappointed

The ATV ride was fun and the cenote was beautiful. I’m disappointed that they don’t let you bring your phone on the ATV or take any of your own videos of the cenote. We purchased all the photos and videos that their photographer takes but they’re all blurry. My iPhone would have done better so it’s disappointing for the price of everything that they don’t let you use your phone. We come all this way and leave tips to everyone and can’t get any photos for memories.

The best experience for ATV

The actual route we went atv on was amazing. We went in the morning small group just me and my husband and another couple who shared an atv. Please have experience because the is not a beginner route and you should definitely know how to ride an atv beforehand. The zip line they put in for the cenote was fun just need a better grip. The photos the took were amazing just a great experience.

Pros- the car was there on time and the driver was very friendly and for us back in a timely manner Cons- they will not allow any pictures! You will have to leave your phone in a locker so they can sell their own pictures to you. The Cenote part was 10-15 minutes! Ans the atv was 25-30 minutes. They took us to a restaurant where you could purchase Tequila and food. They provided chicken soup a small portion Of chips And salsa. We have been to quite a few excisions is Cancun and this was our least favorite. It felt rushed and you don’t get to experience much. They should have allowed at least 20-30 Minutes in the Cenote and took us to an actual town where you could experience local life rather than a place to sell you merchandise and food. There are a lot better excursions in Cancun. I don’t recommend this one.
