Not so good experiences in the tour arrangement

the driver and the assistant, Ocar, were great. But the tour guide was not so professional while doing the transition. Too many shopping tours, and very bed itinerary arrangement. We left at 7 am and spent the whole morning on shopping tours. In the end, we were back to our hotel at 9:30 pm. that's really late even not many restaurants for us for dinner.

Pick up was late, and our driver never even asked to see confirmation of our tickets. He ended up taking a young couple on a long,crowded ride, for nothing. There were probably 12 people crowded into an 8 passenger van and the driver made several maneuvers through traffic that I was sure would end us in an accident. The young couple who had inadvertently gotten on the wrong trip was packed off in a taxi and sent away by themselves in a country that they didn't even know the language. We had been told it was a 2 hour bus ride to the location which actually took closer to 4,and a 12 hr tour lasted 16 hours. We left our resort shortly after 7am and didn't get dropped off until after 11pm that night. Not something I would do again.

I was extremely pleased; our bus host, drive, and bus assistants did an amazing exceptional joy. I was most impressed with host language skill. Additionally I give praise to our K guide; his knowledge of this one of the seven wonders of the world was most impressive. Great time!!

Chichen Itza - a Wow experience!

Seeing the ruins and hearing about the mayan culture was very interesting. The rain interferred with the pleasure of enjoying the full experience.
