This excursion stared at 6:30am and we got off the bus 16.5 hours later thst night 10:30pm. We should have been gone many hours sooner. This is NOT worth the money sorry to say. Our guide was very good but almost everything was in Spanish. We were dose to have an English speaking experience.

Our driver..believe his name was Jasen was phenomenal! My friend and I were delayed by 90 minutes and he stayed at the airport the entire time waiting on us.

If I could give this a 0 score I would. I made the reservation in hopes that I would be picked up and taken to my destination. Not only did the driver not show up there was no response given when I reached out through the instant messenger chat. After some time I had to pay more money to another service in order to get to my destination. To make this a better experience there should be consistent communication between the driver and the passenger. For example if the driver is on the way there should be an alert stating that. If the driver is at the destination there should be an alert stating that they’re there instead of having individuals pay money upfront and not know if they’re going to be picked up. When I reached out to customer service they were apologetic about the experience that I had. At the moment my claim for a refund is up for review, and hopefully the company will do what’s right by refunding me my money for a service that wasn’t provided.

Nice ride but confusing communication

Drivers and vehicles were excellent. I did have a very hard time confirming my return trip. Was unsure when or if I would be picked up at my hotel. I wanted and paid for a 9:30 private ride from my hotel. I received a text that said I would be picked up at 10:20 with a shared ride. At 9:10 I was picked up by an excellent driver in a very nice shuttle van and given a private trip to the airport. At 10:20 I received a text that another vehicle was waiting at the hotel. I was already at the airport. All turned out well but I was never sure what was going on. Thanks for the nice rides!
