The best experience ever, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although, we weren’t told beforehand hand to bring masks or face covering for ATV ride, so that was the only information that wasn’t given. I would recommend that if you’re doing the ATV, have a face covering, masks, shield of some sorts. The tour was great, we had fun in the jungle zip lining and riding ATV in the jungle.

Don’t be fooled by the times

Advert states tour starts at 9am, and ends when you get back to the hotel. 10pm the night before we get an email stating pick up at 7am which wasn’t suitable for us. Looking at previous reviews, transportation is an issue with this company, so think we’ve dodged a bullet. Not interested in refunding us even tho advert is very misleading.

Activities were fun! I did the ATV, zip lining and cenote but please be sure to BRING CASH there is a 16% up charge for using card and there were a lot of extra fees I didn’t account for especially tipping. (The driver wants a tip and so do the workers) also they won’t let you have your phone during activities so kinda pushes you to but the photos they provide which are a bit pricey

The activities are pretty short, nothing extreme. They do pick and drop off at hotels as stated, just beware they don't rob you as they did to us. They stop communication the moment you are dropped off. I have reported an item I left on the bus at least 5 times, I clearly see that they are reading it, and refuse to respond. In addition, Do not fall for the highest photo package they offer, keep negotiating until you feel what is fair. It is completely over priced.

The tour itself was pretty great. However, I booked the pick up from my hotel and 2 days before the trip I was told that pick up was no longer available and they would have to pick me up from a Starbucks 5 mins from my hotel. I went to the netting point and we headed to the tour. When we got there, they have a lot of extra fees they added (be aware and bring extra cash). The zip lining and atv experience was pretty good. And the cenote was beautiful. However, when the tour was over, we waited over 2 hours for the transportation to pick us back up and take us to the meeting point. ALL OF THE STAFF WENT HOME AND LEFT US STRANDED. An important point to note, you won’t get cellular service and they don’t give out the password for the wifi. Our driver finally comes and outside is getting dark. So I asked if we can be dropped straight to out hotel because outside was dark and we did not want to return to the meeting point. The driver refused to take us to the hotel (even though he had to pass it). The driver stopped on the freeway and told us to cross it to get to the hotel.

Transportation was disappointing

This review is only about the transportation to and from the tour. The location itself was great and I gave it a good review on trip advisor. The tour operator, that provided the transportation was not good. We were supposed to start the tour at 12:15. They didn't arrive at our hotel to pick us up until 12:45 with no communication. We then drove around Cancun for the next hour picking up more people. In all it took us almost 3 hours to get from our hotel to the location. The description of the tour said that we would return by 6:00 p.m. however we did not even leave the location until after 6:00 p.m. then it was another hour and a half back. They used every inch of space in the tour van to cram a lot of people in. The driver tried to be friendly.

We were stuck in the park for 2 hours after everyone had left. Our transportation show up late. It was pitch dark in the woods. No one offer us water or even a refund. I’ll never go back there

our tour guide was awesome would highly recccomend him to anyone. the transportation sucked badly it got changed from the original pick up time 3 times which caused me to stay on top of them for our pick up. once we got there our tour guide helped us with everything and got us set up and started right away. our drop off ride back to the hotel was great we got a fast ride home whichb was great because we got finished around 6 and needed to be back around 7-7:15 we had a dinner planned at 8. i would go again when i come back to cancun.

Riding the ATVs was a fun experience. The Zipline course was fun and an easy ride for most. The cave to swim is pretty. Was given about 25 minutes to view. Way smaller than we thought. Water in there is freezing. They take pictures and calorie great pics. So be prepared to buy.

Booked this experience, got confirmation but they didn’t have a ride available to pick us up. We called three times for confirmation about the ride to the attraction they kept saying they would call us back and never did. Finally when we got ahold of them they said they would refund our money , still haven’t received any money

Do you like waiting in the heat for 1 1/2 hours waiting to start adventure, no water? Waiting again between each adventure? Not organized, waiting for sooooo long. The only thing on time was out ride to and from Adventure Kingdom. Choose wisely.

The underwater pool, everything else was boring and not fun, zipline was very small and not really that high to excite you, atv trail was just the dirt road we drove on to get there, nothing exciting, food was very cold and gave us diareha, staff was nice

What a great day! All the way from the pickup to each adventure everyone was so fun! Guides were fun and super helpful and friendly. Bought the pics of us four at the end and they caught some great shots! Jorge and Ernesto were the best. The group we ended up w in the van got closer as the day went on and the way home was super fun laughing and sharing our victories and pics.
