An incredible experience from beginning to end. The ATV was super fun; the ride was exciting but also safe at the same time. The cenote is beautiful, perfect for cooling off and enjoying nature. The zipline was one of the best parts, full of adrenaline and with a lot of spectacular views. The staff was very kind and attentive at all times. Thrilling experience in nature!

This experience was so fun! The buggies were thrilling! Be prepared to get dirty, which is what makes the experience. But the ultimate was the cenote. We had never seen anything like it…so private, calm, and beautiful! Everyone should plan to visit a cenote at least once! And this one is completely natural and devoid of tourists. From start to finish, our group had a great time!

Worth it!

A beautiful experience and one that my family of 5 will remember. Manuel was a great guide and I was impressed with his ability to manage our group of English and French speakers. Definitely recommend — but one thing to note. Transport time doesn’t seem to be factored into the initial booking times, so even if it looks like it starts at 11, it’ll be from the morning until late afternoon. Worth it!

Great experience! Very professional and pick up and drop off was seamless. I wish the horseback portion was longer but after such a long day it’s not bad to do something a little quicker. All the guides are very friendly as well. Definitely bring water shoes and face coverings. For the price this experience is definitely worth it!! They make it fun and enjoyable. You’re able to have your phone during the other activities besides zipline and atv. They take really cool pictures during all of the activities though which we thought was worth it at the end! Great for kids as well.

THIS WAS SO GREAT and beyond worth the value! Our guide Henry was amazingggg and friendly, so was our photographer. Pics are obviously an added $$, but worth it IMO. If I had one piece of feedback, I wish the time at the cenote was a little longer. I don’t think it mentioned when we booked, but after the tequila tasting, we had an amazing lunch with many foods included and the option to purchase more. 10/10 experience, I would recommend it! Great variety

This is exactly what you get. We loved it. Definitely recommend. Ppl mentioned it as a money grab. But you can decline any extras without pressure. Sol and Enrique were energetic and full of personality. My group had fun together. My husband is hard to please and he had a blast. 4 hours was the perfect amount of time. It was definitely worth it. We enjoyed everything.

Prepare to swim! Tons to see and do. Need the whole day for it. Food is great and its worth getting wet and seeing all kinds of fish and wildlife. Slides are fun and I recommend getting the photo package. Tons for it and you get photos you dont want to miss. 2nd time going for just how awesome it is!

Even better then expected!

Incredible experience! Better than expected. If you're looking for a quick adventure then this is for you. Don't get roped into any package offered at your hotel or the GOLD or VIP packages offered at the adventure site, stick with this Standard package. You won't find better value than this. It was smooth from start to finish. From the shuttle driver arriving right on time, to us being busy with Zipline, ATV and cliff jumping and tequila tasting, there wasn't ever a dull moment. Each of us ended the tour with two complimentary tacos. The staff was amazing, and the customer service was very responsive. It was very evident when I called the customer service line because I had left my phone in the shuttle and the driver drove back to our hotel to return it.

Must do Excursion.

Fabian was a great guide. We planned this excursion as part of our honeymoom on the last day and it was a huge hit. You will ride through Playa's jungle on well trained horses and learn a lot of great information. We didnt swim, but if you want to a well trained golden lab will lead you into the cenote. They provided high quality pictures that you will treasure for a long time to come. You should do this and request Fabian. Dont forget save time to meet all the horses and donkeys on your way out.
