Cancelled tour

Laura_D, Jan 2026
Woke up early and waited to be picked up from hotel on day of tour. Called tour operator and they advised the tour had been cancelled due to only one person being booked in. No prior notification of this had been given and it was too late to book with another operator.

Avoid at all cost!!!

HoiTungAgnes_C, Dec 2025
The local tour operator did not show up at the meeting point. Neither did they respond to our messages at that time. It was 4 am in the morning and we have to come up with another plan immediately. They came into contact 7 hours after the planned meeting time and asked if they could operate the tour the next day. This is unacceptable!

The tour was good but viator did a disgraceful job which makes me feel shameful.

John_C, Dec 2025
I paid my money in full in advance but was shocked when I was told my money was mistakenly refunded to my cedit card. Viator sent a message stating to pay the operator by credit card. Unfortunately the operator does not have a card reading machine except to go to an atm which restricted my withdrawals for security reason . I had to use my gift money to fill up the balance which was disgraceful. Viator owes me $230 which was the amount I had to pay due to ATM restrictions

Disappointed

Sonya_F, Jun 2025
We had heard great things about this tour and the description looked really promising. However we did not get value for money. Day 1 involved a 9hour drive directly from Cairo to Swia. Our driver stopped at a small shop prior to leaving and brought us all water and snacks. Our driver was falling asleep at the wheel, we later found out he had about 2 hours sleep. Once he had a few near misses nearly nodding off at the wheel he had the windows down and was playing loud techno music and was constantly on his phone whilst driving, scrolling the internet and making really loud phone calls. On arrival to Siwa at 15:00 we had lunch in a small restaurant and then were dropped at our desert camp hotel, which was very nice. We were given little to no information by our driver, except we were asked to meet him at 16:30. He took us to watch the sunset. We then picked up pizza for dinner. There seemed to be no communication of dietary requirements despite stipulating upon booking. We took ourselves to a local shop to buy drinks. We were dropped at our hotel where we ate without our driver as he was not staying with us. We had no contact details if we had needed anything. The next day we met our driver at 9:30am for a day of activities. We had to probe for information and the tour did not follow the itinerary provided when booking: We had a nice tour of the local town and historical sites with a local guide. We were then taken to the salt lakes, which as others have commented is an industrial site. Be warned there are no toilets or changing facilities. We then moved on to Cleopatras pool which felt like a pond in the middle of a village with litter floating in it. We had a nice lunch here where our driver fell asleep and so we were late leaving, which meant we had less time to shower at our next hotel before heading out to the desert activities. The desert was amazing and dinner at a local restaurant lovely too. Our guide was very chatty and kind. The next day we left swia at 9am and arrived back at our hotel in Cairo at 20:00. Our driver spent most of the journey again on his phone and driving dangerously (stopping in the far lane of the motor way on multiple occasions to wait for another vehicle in our group). At one point he was driving with his foot up on the dashboard! I appreciate driving in Egypt is very different to the UK but the driver displayed no care or professionalism. I didn’t feel safe with him driving. I think we had a bad experience due to our driver. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to him and he had no concern for our wellbeing. I had to ask on multiple occasions if we could stop somewhere to buy water on the first and second nights and when I asked if was clear this annoyed him. There were two others who joined my friend and I who spoke Spanish and very little English. They had booked for a Spanish tour but were with us on an English spoken tour. When they asked the driver about this he just shrugged and said maybe the local tour guide speaks English, this was not the case. The accommodation was nice and staff we met there friendly. But compared to other excursions and experiences we have had in Egypt this tour was not good value for money. Unfortunately with Viator and Get Your Guide used as only a booking facilitator, this tour seems to be largely dictated by the personality and professionalism of the driver. It is very much an Egyptian experience and far removed from other ‘western’ run tours.

Siwa Oasis Experience 🌟

Pam_C, May 2025
It was a fantastic, out-of-this-world experience! My sons and I joined a tour from Cairo to Siwa, which we booked through the Viator app. The trip lasted for two nights and three days. Our excellent driver picked us up from the hotel at 4 a.m. for an eight-hour drive through the Sahara Desert to Siwa. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we rested before embarking on an early evening tour. We enjoyed a desert drive in a 4x4 vehicle with an experienced driver, navigating up and down the sand dunes. We reached Suhra Aldabaeih, where we savoured late afternoon tea and snacks by a spring water pool before setting off for sandboarding in the desert. On the second day, we explored various historical sites, including the Shali Fortress, Dakrour Mountain, Oracle Temple, an ancient Egyptian burial ground known as the Mountain of the Dead, the Siwa Cultural Museum, and a Siwa library. We went to Sabkha Salt Lake for a swim but were too tired, so we opted out of going to Cleopatra Spring Pool. Our driver took us to Siwa Oasis in the evening, where we enjoyed drinks while watching the sunset. Our local tour guides, Gabriel and Abu Bakr were great storytellers with incredible knowledge of Siwa's history and culture. We gained valuable insights into Siwa's background. The local people are genuine, and Siwans have a strong sense of family unit. Thank you to Abu Bakr, Gabriel, our experienced Siwa driver, and the driver who took us to Siwa and back to Cairo. We appreciate their dedication to making our trip meaningful, eye-opening, and enjoyable. It is fascinating to learn how Siwans maximise their resources by growing date palm trees. They eat the fruit, use the leaves for shelter and fencing as well as weaving baskets, and use the trunks for building houses and supporting roofs.

Awesome Tour!! Don't miss it!!

Yi_Y, Apr 2025
I had the time of my life on this short yet amazing trip! Siwa is so beautiful! I learned so much about the local culture. The people are amazing. My tour guide/driver are so much fun!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely must do trip...

Josiah_S, Mar 2025
Absolutely must do trip in Egypt! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Especially the guides in Siwa. The driver spoke almost no English which led to a little bit of confusion during the journey and then also when getting into the rooms but no real issues. Both hotels were gorgeous and the activities were so much fun.

Response from Host, Mar 2025

Dear Josiah, It was our pleasure to serve you ad adding unforgettable memories to your tour in Egypt with us to Siwa Oasis, we agree with you about the drivers in Egypt however this category of work doesn't speak English much

Lack of informations

Ioana_M, Feb 2025
I gave 3 🌟 only because of the people that I met there, because they tried to do a memorable experience. And they did it.But the way the trip was organized had any sense.I booked a 3 days trip, and I have the possibility to go from Cairo in the morning or in the evening.I chose the one in the evening, because was easier for me. Theoretically we supposed to have some places to stop during the way to Siwa, like Marsa Matruh, and it was written that we will go with a car, even if is a share trip.I found myself getting in the bus station,by a driver who came to take me to the hotel. We didn't go to Marsa Matruh because it was night when we arrived there. And the second day in the evening we went back. They let me in a hotel,so had nothing to do with the desert camp.I stayed just one night and 2 days...even if I paid for 2 nights and 3 days. When I arrived to Cairo, they let me in the bus station without anyone who could come to bring me to the hotel, like it was written on the site.As I said, the guides were the only one who did their job and the experience was unforgettable. But the agency...no comment. They could mention those details and maybe I would have accepted to book it like this, but had nothing to do with what is writing there. So chose the trip who starts in the morning, maybe it would be organized in a better way. Personally,I would never book anything with them again

Beautiful Experience - Thanks for the arrangement.

Bassem_A, Jan 2025
Overall experience is good for such a beautiful remote oasis. You'll enjoy the desert, starry nights. If you're into astronomy, then this is the right place to be. You'll enjoy the salt lakes and a traditional dinner in the desert. The atmosphere is so chilling and relaxing and you'll love it. Siwa is a very remote place in the Western Egyptian desert and very close to the Libyan border. Expect full day travelling from Cairo. We began about 5.00 AM and we were in Siwa about 5.00 PM.

Response from Host, Feb 2025

Hello Bassem, Thanks for the feedback about the tour, the drive time during the winter time in Egypt might be increased based on the weather conditions and your see how foggy it was and drive speed limit will be reduced for your safety again thanks a lot for your comments and the weather it is out of our control to let you reach on time as described

MUST visit Siwa!!!!

Marie_S, Dec 2024
Your trip to Egypt can not be done without going there. This particular activity is run by an OUTSTANDING company that understands the guests experience. From the majestic dune of the desert to the breathtaking feeling of the salt lake, this activity exceeded all our expectations. Our guide Magdy is attentive, fun, honest and just a lovely human. Million stars +++++

Response from Host, Jan 2025

Thanks a lot for your lovely feedback about us, we wish we were part of your unforgettable memories in Egypt specially in Siwa

A great, all inclusive experience

NevilleCraig_K, Dec 2024
This was the best experience we had during our Egypt trip. It was also the most expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. The main tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable and walked us through everything very smoothly. The dune bashing was an incredibly fun activity, especially if you haven't done something like that before. The salt pools at Siwa lived up to the hype in terms both beauty and the experience itself. The guide that we had for the Siwa oasis town and museum was a local who did a great job of walking us through the town's sites and history. The food that we had at all places in the trip was pretty great. All meals were included until the final day. Our driver for the entire trip was also great at his job, especially during the long drives to and from the Oasis. There were only 2 minor things that could have been better about the trip: - There was some confusion during the pick up that resulted in the other people who were with us having to wait for almost an hour before they were picked up. This could be improved. - The rooms and bathroos in the hotel/ resort that we stayed at in Siwa could use some renovation and improvement. Some of the fixtures in the room and bathroom were broken/ not working, and the wifi in the property didn't work well. The staff also had a bit of an attitude when they were told about these issues. Overall, I'd recommend this experience to anyone who has a few days in their Egypt itinerary.

Maleficent experience in Siwa

Hang_Y, Nov 2024
Excellent guide by Mary, really enjoyed the 3D2N Siwa tour, the foods are great for us and the hotel are great It’s long way drive from Cairo to Siwa, but place and people in Siwa are the best, can’t miss this if you are visiting Egypt

Unforgettable experience

Jasmine_W, Nov 2024
Great tour. Definitely one for the books. Our guide Hassan was amazing. He made sure our needs were well taken for and he was very knowledgeable about the area. The only issue I had was the lack of communication from the tour company itself regarding arrival logistics. It was confusing and overwhelming, but once that was eventually sorted out, I had lots of fun. Just a tip for this trip is there are many flies, so if you’re like me and don’t like the feeling, it’s best to wear pants and a thin long sleeve and a jacket for cold desert nights.

First day not perfect, but it got so much better!

Amber_K, Nov 2024
Great guide (maghdi), but the experience the first day started somewhat of a bummer. The driver was more than an hour late. Despite that i left a detailed description and had shared my location he couldn't find us. The 10 hour ride to siwa was long, but to be expected. In the itinerary it said that we would stop in a seaside town for lunch, but it was a very bad restaurant (not cosy and dry food) next to the highway. Once in Siwa we went to the hot spring. There was almost no water left (so no swimming possible) and very dirty with garbage and sigarettes. It would be better to replace this in the tour for the operators. After this, things got MUCH better. The 4x4 in the desert was amazingly beautiful and fun. You don't get to drive yourself, but I understand why! De driver really showed us his skills and got the adrenaline pumping. Sandboarding and sunset in the desert is so much fun and so beautifull. The dinner under the stars was sooo delicious. You dont get to sleep under the stars, because tourists in the past told them it was too cold and not enough luxury. An okay replacement lodge is given. The next day the siwa tour, salt lakes (manmade) were amazing and so much fun. The guide made sure we always had anough snacks, water, food and a good time. The last day we saw the sunset with a mango juice and afterwards we had a delicious chicken with olives. The eco lodge where we stayed was so nice and cosy. Food in siwa definitely a 10/10 (but maybe not much options for vegetarians). Guide also 10/10!

This was the best part of my entire Egypt trip

Crystal_O, Oct 2024
Where do I begin to describe such a life changing experience. This was hands down the best part of my entire trip and the tour guide Magdi is an absolute star! I traveled by myself but I’ve never felt safer! From the beginning of my pickup to the end I was met with absolute courtesy, enthusiasm and encouragement. Siwa is the most gorgeous part of Egypt for so many reasons, everyone needs to experience this, but specifically with this particular tour organizers.

Response from Host, Nov 2024

Hello Crystal, Thanks a lot for your lovely and honest feedback

Awesome

lou_D, Oct 2024
Thanks to Hassam for this great tour, WE had great fun in the sand d'une, the salt lake were beautiful and thé sunset both day was magnificent.

Paradise on earth

Rezam_A, Oct 2024
We couldn't believe how good this place was: the desert safari and salt lakes experiences were so much fun; the landscape was so beautiful that it felt surreal. Watching the sunset and the stars at night was so special. Siwa will give you the opportunity to see a community who's still living in a traditional way. Our driver Osama took such good care of us, making sure we always had goodies, drinks, never rushing us and always had a smile on his face for us. Our tour guide Mr Bakr was so knowledgeable on all the historical buildings and traditions of Siwa. Magdy (Ahmed) was out tour guide for the whole trip. He's funny, kind, respectful. He knows the perfect balance between being there for you and leaving you on your own to enjoy the moment. He's taken us to the best place to watch the sunset, to eat dinner, to sleep at night. No ask is ever too big, he'll find a way to accommodate your needs and ensure you have the best time. Ask if Magdy is going to be your tour guide, then book this tour now. The only bad thing about this tour is that it's not long enough, we loved it so much, we would have happily stayed another couple of nights.

Wonderful experience

Caroline_Z, Oct 2024
Was a wonderful travel ! Thanks to Magda, best guid tour ever ! Thanks to our driver too, Hazeem and Mohamed. We had a lot of magical moments. The best part of our travel in Egypt.

Authentic perfection

Audrey_C, Sep 2024
This is Egypt - beautiful and pure. Every minute of this tour was magical! The Sahara and dune smashing was insanely fun!

Amazing 3 days!

Nyrida_K, Sep 2024
We had an absolute blast on this tour! Such a memorable experience from start to finish. If you're reading through reviews and unsure whether to book, let this be your sign—do it! My partner and I had an incredible time, and our tour guide, Madgey, made the trip both relaxing and fun-filled. He really brought the whole experience to life with his knowledge and energy. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. While I originally went for the salt lakes, the desert safari and the warm, welcoming people of Siwa really made the trip unforgettable. Don’t hesitate—this is an adventure you won’t want to miss!

A perfect detour from Giza

Minna_C, Aug 2024
This Siwa Oasis trip was the perfect detour we were looking for to escape from the hustle of Giza. I was immediately sold when I saw the photos of the salt pools, and I am glad to say this tour really delivered. We were lucky enough to have Magdy as our guide for the trip, and not only did he have great energy, but he also went out of his way to always make sure we had the best experience. The desert was amazing, and we did so many fun activities like sand bashing and sand surfing. The afternoon snacks they provided while we watched the sunset were also divine. They were very good with little details, like giving us a half-frozen bottle of water in the desert, which was super thoughtful. The 4X4 driver was so skillful, and you can count on Magdy to bring the extra fun. We were even lucky enough to spot some desert foxes! On the second day, we had a very eventful morning touring around Siwa, checking out Shali town and other points of interest. The knowledgeable local Siwan guide made it enjoyable. Then, after lunch, we headed to the salt pools and were lucky to have a really fresh one all to ourselves. That was really the main thing I was hoping to see, so I was super satisfied. The only thing that could be better was the accommodation. The sites themselves were nice, but the fact that we went in the summer and that there was no AC in the room made the nights unbearably hot. I guess one just needs to be prepared for that. Also, because it was low season in the summer, we didn’t get to enjoy the lodges to their full potential. For example, the pool was closed, and some areas were under renovation. I would also advise people not to take the itinerary word for word. They sometimes have to re-order or switch out some activities according to the group size or other factors, but rest assured that they always try their best to fit in all the wonderful things that Siwa has to offer. I would 100% recommend this to anyone traveling to Egypt, and make sure you ask for Magdy because he is just awesome!

Very good experience!

Carlos_G, Jul 2024
Very good experience! Siwa is totally worth visiting. We specially liked the tour around the dessert. The tour guide Hassan and the driver Ayman were very kind and helpful all the time. Food, accommodation facilities and transportation was really good. The only minor bad point was that we booked the tour in Spanish and due to a last minute issue it was changed to English, which fortunately we could speak.

Response from Host, Jul 2024

Hello Carlos, Thanks a lot for your feedback about our trip to Siwa, and we are happy to be part of your unforgettable experience in Egypt, again the last minute issue was out of our control and thanks a lot for your understanding that the Tour guide had lost one of his family member and can't join that day. Regards,

Absolute must for visitors to Egypt

Brandon_L, Jun 2024
An absolute must to get away from the tourist areas in Cairo and Giza. Our guide was Anton and he was outstanding for the whole trip, making sure we did everything we wanted to. After being slightly disappointed by lazy guides around Giza spending half of the day trying to sell us Papyrus and oils, we were concerned about this trip but it was completely the opposite. Incredibly unique and the absolute highlight of our trip.

The best time!!

Ferhina_A, Jun 2024
Outstanding experience with Magdy and his team!!!! I was a bit jet lagged for the trip and I lost a pair of sunglasses and a variety of other unfortunate circumstances, but Magdy and his team saved the day every time, seamlessly without any fuss! Truly hospitable and professional.

Poor overall experience, but glad we did it.

Carla_B, May 2024
Siwa is definitely worth visiting. Our leader Magdy made the entire trip! He was energetic and thoughtful- 5 stars for him. Our driver was excellent, as was the local tour guide in Siwa. The salt lakes, town tour, dune bashing and sand boarding were experiences of a lifetime. I could never recommend this tour however because of a few things. The hotel the first night was good, but probably very rustic for most folks- we are experienced travelers and found it okay for us though. Nice pool and beautiful courtyard area. The accommodations in the "desert camp" were far from okay. Tents with sleeping bags on the ground. We used 3 tents for our group and 2 of them had broken zippers. The third had rips in it and allowed many mosquitoes in through the night. The overall location was not at all in the desert, but on the outskirts of town. There was a lot of traffic and yelling in the streets and a problem with stray dogs. There was a nasty dog fight right in front of our tents and we were prevented from accessing our tents several times because of aggressive dogs. The staff at the camp seemed more concerned with hanging out together than with anything we needed. The dinner they cooked us was delicious, but then they were up playing instruments and talking loudly until after 3 AM. We began our journey home after a very small breakfast. The car ride back to Cairo was 10 hours with no food or opportunities to buy lunch or dinner (other than chips and pop). Overall we are so glad that we experienced Siwa, but I have major hesitations recommending this tour to anyone. Our leader, guide, and driver were the only things I would recommend because they we great.

Response from Host, Jun 2024

Hello Customer, Thanks for your feedback about the trip and after investigation and checked all your comments here is our reply: The dog issue was something unexpected however we already changed the Camp already due to dogs appearing at the place, we are now using different camp with no dogs and no issues at all. The Car ride back to Cairo travelled at the highway with rest stops and opportunities to by food based on the client choice, since we left Siwa morning and reach Cairo after 8 hours there is snacks provided and also there is stops on the way back you can by sandwich or eating meals as well. You need to notify the driver that you need to stop for meal since not all customers prefer to eat on the way back at the highway and prefer to eat once they reach Cairo with good variety of options to eat. As I can see that we did our best specially our leader, driver and tour guide to make you happy in Siwa and the issues was related to the camp which we already change it and nothing related to our service Regards

Don’t think, just book it!

Jie_Z, May 2024
We had such fantastic time! I am a female traveling solo, and my tour guide, Aimen and driver, Said made sure I am well taken care of and safe. It’s a lot packed into 3 days but I only had 5 days in Egypt so the program was perrrrrrrffff for me. Love the Shali fortress, love the desert safari, love the salt lakes, love everything!

Just ok

Jessica_S, May 2024
Pro's - Amazing experience at all of the historical sites + the Salt lakes even if it was just for 30mins - The tour guide who guided me through the historical sites is very knowledgeable an amazing historian if you ask me - Great driver Con's - Didn't make it to Mursa when headed to Siwa as per the itinerary (was meant to stop off on the way back to Cairo, but the driver had to tend to his son in hospital, which I was understanding of). - The campsite that I stayed at on the first night is apparently "new", but it looked like a work in progress with no proper amenities. - The amenities that it did have (only two toilets + basin outside to wash hands) looked like it was constructed using old sanitary fixtures that looked like it was literally picked up from a dump and installed, dirty and old. - Nothing to the campsite, just 3 tents and a fire pit. I was told that the campsite is not the regular campsite that the tour company uses. Given the issues with people who were meant to be on this tour cancelling, I suspect the tour company placed me in what I'm calling a dirty & unpleasant (sh** hole) place because the cost of catering for one person on a tour is expensive and they have no proper solution in place to cover costs besides cancelling your original booking and paying cash (this solution was not feasible for me). - Originally booked for Friday the 10th of May, got shifted to Saturday due to the rest of my group cancelling, only for it to be a waste of time because the people that were meant to be on the Saturday tour also cancelled. - The Siwa salt Lakes tour was only 30mins not 1hr 30mins. Tbh I am really disappointed in this given this was the highlight for me and the real reason why I took this tour. - The tour guide I had was unprofessional, especially because I am a female travelling solo.

Response from Host, Jun 2024

Hello Jessica, I would like to thank you for your review about the trip and clarify the points you mentioned. First of all you were the only one going to Siwa that day since the other people cancelled the trip, and we discussed with you to inform you that we will operate your tour even if the minimum number of traveller is not covered since we don’t want to cancel anyone booking due to minimum number of travelers. We didn’t ask you to cancel the booking and pay cash to us, we explained to you even if the cost of the transportation in one car for one person is high however we will operated the tour for you without any extra charges. We were trying to let you know that you will be alone in the transportation since you are female and informed you how safe you will be and you mentioned the driver was excellent. Since you are only one person and you free upgraded to private tour without extra charges, then the time is totally yours no one pushing you to hurry up from the salt lake to go out. We are wondering why the leader who always getting 5 star review he is unprofessional now since your chat with hime seems like you were enjoying the tour and thanking him for his hospitality and we didn’t find any reason to understand why he is unprofessional except he refuse to sleep at the same big tent your requested him to do because it is company policy to to sleep at the customers tents even if they requested and he putted his tent and slept in the front of your tent. We tried to contact you but didn’t reply back to us and we investigated and saw the chat with him nothing went wrong at all. You stayed at Ghaliet Ecolodge hotel for one night and you stayed at the desert camp at the desert area with other people which was a dream of a lot of desert lover to do with for star gazing and meditation time for one night. So we make your dream about siwa happened even if it is in lose for us and we covered and manage the itinerary as it is except Marsa Matrouh with your approval. We paid for your trip and provided a private tour which is double cost without charging you extra, you hade a private car from Cairo to Siwa and back, private tour and private safari 4X4 car in the desert and no one requested you to pay extra. We believe we can’t satisfy 100% of the customers and the desert is not a hotel it is desert facility and we provided it all

You should go.

Jason_T, Apr 2024
This was really a wonderful experience overall. I can't recommend it enough. The travel company was great and very communicative starting two days before the trip began. Places they take you are wonderful, and the local tour guides are brilliant and insightful. It is a very full trip, so be prepared for a full schedule. Extremely safe environment from the pickup to the drop off, even for solo travelers. Lots of tourists in Siwa so one never feels like an outsider. The car ride was quite hot in the backseat since the a/c didn't quite reach the backseat passengers. Beautiful people, beautiful culture, beautiful experience. Don't hesitate to do this trip. I would do it again (and might!).

Response from Host, Apr 2024

Hello Jason, Thanks a lot for your lovely review and definitely we will check about the AC to the rear seats to make sure about our quality of service

Magical three days in Siwa 🌴

Holger_B, Apr 2024
Words cannot describe how magical those three days in Siwa were - the definite highlight of our trip to Egypt. Thanks to Hassan and Ayman we surely saw the most beautiful sundowns, only had amazing food in the coziest restaurants and slept in natural but elegant surroundings. Both rides - back and forth - were fast and as pleasant as such long car journeys can be. Ayman stopped whenever we needed a break and even let us decide on the music. We independently decided about the pickup time for our journey back to Cairo. In Siwa Hassaan picked us up after one of the most amazing lunches we had in Egypt. From then on he made sure nothing was missing - we loved the lodge we slept at as well as the camp for the second night. Besides our hosts hospitality of course the salt lakes, dune bashing and sandboarding in the Sahara were unique and unforgettable. Not less than that we enjoyed the Siwa tour and climbing the old fortress in the morning. A few side notes: after reading the reviews carefully we were afraid there might be not enough food and we would end up hungry. That was never the case - in fact every meal was perfectly timed and especially on the Siwa day we were stuffed! There is really nothing to complain about. If you want to visit Siwa we strongly recommend to do it with Hassan as he will show you the loveliest spots for a reasonable price. The only thing that could be improved is giving more clues about the timing. For instance when you’re left alone in a restaurant or a historical sight I think it would be easier for both parties to simply announce the expected time to leave the place again. Then it wouldn’t be necessary to check on us. But that is really just a minor thought. We will never forget this place full of stunning nature, views, people and history - and be back with Hassan for sure! 🙏

Amazing trip however read my comments

MatildaAnneli_G, Mar 2024
We went on this trip and I would totally recommend it to everyone up for an adventure, the views and experience the trip gives you is absolutely amazing. However there are a few things that you should be aware of before going. We booked the trip due to the salt lakes and the picture in the add looks absolutely amazing, we saw everything else as a bonus in the program. Anyway the salt lake does not look like the picture, however the salt lakes was still an good experience and we talked with the responsible about why we did not got to see the place in the picture and they explained the reason for us. The area changes from times to times due to the salt industry in the area. I think that’s good to know before going, to know what you can expect on the trip and that it might look totally different from the photos you see before. Our driver Waleed was amazing during the whole trip and very attentive to us and our wellbeing. We had lots of fun during the trip and the long drive from Cairo felt less with his company. If you get him as your driver you’re more then lucky! The time spent in the desert was absolutely amazing and the views will be a memory for life. A recommendation for the hungry ones are to bring some own protein bars/nuts/etc to fill out between the meals, I would not call this trip “all inclusive” in the food category. A trip that you must do to save to your memory bank for life.

Hello Customer, Thanks for your honest feedback, and here are our comments regarding the few points you mentioned Regarding to the meals we provide 3 breakfast, 2 Lunch & 2 dinner which is covering all meals during your trip besides the snacks provided at the traveling dates from/to Cairo We didn’t get any negative feedback before about it but will definitely take it into our consideration and adding more snacks in during the tour dates in order to improve our service and match our customer expectations. Regarding to Salt lakes photos it is real photo from Siwa Salt lake area and as we discussed over the phone due to weather and salt industry, salt has to be removed from time to time since the water will be totally disappearing and only salts will be there, so it has to be removed to salt factories and it will be created again as small eyes after sometimes. Also we do our best to search for the best salt lake area for our customers to let them enjoy it and getting the best photos for it
