Get this tour, thank me later! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
With Lobna, you'll have the best time of your life. This is also the ONLY tour that takes you to the only tomb in the area with wall paintings and hieroglyph writings. Our guide Lobna was wonderful, she accomodated for our needs and made it a comfortable and magical experience. We learned, we laughed a lot, we had so much fun. She even took us to the city to get perfumes, authentic papyrus and silver cartouches with our names in hieroglyph. Best day ever!!! Thank you a million times for the unforgettable day 🥰

This was an overall...
This was an overall excellent tour experience. Our tour guide Ola, a professional, kind and immensely experienced guide went into great detail about all the religious sites and showcased impressive knowledge for both the history and culture. She was also amazing at taking us to local places that had fair prices, while always confirming with us first about any stops for shopping. We were treated with respect and kindness both by her and our driver. Could not recommend enough.

Great trip to Memphis and Saqqara — no formal guide, just a driver, but he was genuinely helpful throughout!
Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, was fascinating to see — the statue of Ramses II and the alabaster sphinx were definite highlights. The site is small but full of history, and even without a guide it was easy to appreciate on our own. Saqqara was even more impressive than expected — the Step Pyramid of Djoser, one of the earliest stone structures in the world, was incredible to see up close. Much less crowded than Giza, so we could explore at our own pace without feeling rushed. Highlights: - Our driver was friendly and helpful — pointed things out, gave useful context, and made sure we didn't miss anything important - A relaxed, flexible pace since we weren't tied to a group or fixed guide schedule - The chance to go down into some of the tombs and see hieroglyphs and wall paintings up close The only downside was the midday heat — bring water and a hat. Overall, a smooth and well-organized day, even without an official guide. The driver's help made a real difference, and I'd definitely recommend this option for travelers who prefer a more independent experience.

The Best Way to Experience the GEM: Family Warmth and Backstage History with Mo
We had an incredible experience exploring Egypt with Mo, and we cannot recommend him highly enough! From the very beginning, when he picked us up at the airport, his warm welcome, genuine kindness, and friendly demeanor made us feel instantly at ease. Our time at the Grand Egyptian Museum with him was an absolute highlight. Mo brings a truly rare, insider perspective to Egypt’s history: his mother worked as an archaeologist right near the storage facility where King Tut’s priceless treasures were housed before being moved to the GEM. Growing up surrounded by these artifacts and hearing firsthand stories from the field gave Mo a deep, personal connection to the history he shares. His wealth of knowledge, combined with those unique childhood insights, brought every exhibit to life. Beyond his expertise, Mo took the genuine time to get to know us and connect as a family over an authentic lunch with delicious local food. Being younger, he brought a fresh, engaging perspective that our daughter especially appreciated and resonated with. If you are looking for a guide who is not only a brilliant expert but also a wonderful person to spend time with, Mo is as good as it gets!
