A MUST in Budapest!!!!

This was an amazing experience! For someone who spent weeks walking the same routes, I never noticed the beauty of street art. Steeped in history and culture, this is a 1,000% MUST-DO EXPERIENCE!!! Our tour guide holds a master's in art and specifically wrote his thesis on the subject of street art, interviewing and being directly involved in the street art community. Guiding us, taking breaks, explaining the history, and sharing with us the unseen beauty of street art. A must-do experience for sure that you will not regret.

I had a great time exploring the streets of Budapest with my guide ET, you could see that he has a passion and a love for the art that he shares with you on the tour.he was also very knowledgable about the history of the area and how it’s starting to change. If you want to do something different and explore the city from a different perspective take a walk around the city with ET it was well worth it.

A MUST TOUR for artists, creative people and those who love politics

This was an amazing tour -- this was my first time to Budapest so I was totally unaware of the art scene and District 7 and the political events and history that has influenced artists and how they are able to express themselves through various media. ET, our tourguide was very knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and answered many questions - our group was interesting - many nationalities with different backgrounds in the arts and our ages/life experiences varied - it was an interactive group and we learned a great deal from ET and one another. I highly highly recommend this tour and told my travel agent to include this in her list of recommendations to her clients. It exceeded expectations!

We learned where to look, interprete and enjoy the mostly hidden in clear site messages and streetart expressions in Budapest. It was (mostly) not as i expected about beautifull paintings but more about the messages they presented. This opened up our view a bit more.

This was an indisputable highlight for this trip to Budapest. ET was informative, passionate about street art. He possesses extensive knowledge of the European street artists often supplementing his talk with historical context. He also shared several resources and insta pages for us to follow. He varies each tour so I am definitely coming back for another round. Weekday tours aren’t as well attended so he tailors them to the audience!
