Had a great time! Really enjoyed getting an overview of the city highlights so we could get an idea where we would want to spend more time.
Despite arriving 10mins before our start time of 1600, our guide Franco did not show up until 1645. There was no one at the office to advise us what was happening we were just told he’s running late from another group.
When he did show up we had high hopes as he seemed very enthusiastic and was apologetic about his lateness. During his intro he told us he earned his money through fees and the tips at the end and he assured us he had a card machine for tips if we had no cash. I have never experience this on a tour before unless it has been a free walking tour.
He then informed us we could chose between 2 options; the tour seeing all the points advertised or the much better option which was “Franco’s” tour where we would see a much more interesting side of Berlin. We opted for his tour and we were v disappointed to be informed half way through that we were staying in East Berlin for the whole tour. Fortunately we were in Berlin for several days so were able to make sure we did see all we wanted - just not on this tour!
The tour did not get any better and finished in less than 2 hours which included the guide insisting on stopping for 20 mins for a hot drink. We were the only 2 on the tour and neither of us drink hot drinks!
I have done Segway tours in various cities around the world and have always found them to be a fun and informative experience, alas not this one!

The weather was great, mastering the Segways was easy, and our guide Morgan did a great job shepherding us through the Berlin traffic. Best of all we did the this tour the day before the thunderstorms!!
The best tour of Berlin! Our guide was helpful and informative. We saw all the historic sights we wanted to see. Great value!
The focus of this tour was on riding Segways. The rout was not very informative when it comes down to the rich history of Berlin, its institutions and culture. We stopped at buildings/landmarks with scant more information than I could look up in Google maps, i.e. "this is the Reichtag building where the German parliament meets". Left out were incredible stories of politics, changes, strive, destruction, and symbolism.
In addition, we had teenagers in our group that clearly to young to be riding and controlling a motorized vehicle. They were engaging in dangerous horseplay in traffic conditions they did not understand and were constantly photobombing others. This should be addressed by the guides but was not.

Hello Bilal, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately within our tour is impossible to focus on all German history. While you booked group tour, yes teenagers from age 14 are allow to ride Segways in Germany and it was unfortunate that they were not interested in history at all. Our guide tried to keep everyone happy but if you would like to have deep overview of the history in Berlin, we would advise you to choose different type of tours with professional historians. We are sorry, we couldnt offer to you more of that but I hope at least you had fun on Segway and saw the most important landmarks of Berlin.
This was great to experience the city quickly and go where cars cannot without having to walk - but the tour was only 55 minutes. It was more private for us because we were the only couple to book for that time, but even then it was not extensive. Make sure you ask how long the tour is before it starts. And wear gloves if it’s cold!

Hello, we are sorry your tour was shorten but as the guide recall you mentioned many times on the tour that you are very cold therefore the tour finish earlier. Hope next time you can visit us during the summer while weather is much nicer and enjoy it much more!
Amazing time and tour
- Got to see all main points of Berlin
-amazing fun learning how to ride a Segway and experiencing how easy it was
-Nachi was a great tour guide who spoke in depth about different historical, geographical or cultural references that are available in Berlin. He answered any questions we had and his knowledge of Berlin was really appreciated to truly love the city
-I really enjoyed this trip and have already recommended it to so many people that say they would go to Berlin as up until this point I really didn’t appreciate the city and after the tour I really recommend for anyone to go

Fantastic tour. Went thru all of Belgium. Private tour. Even if you don’t know how to use a Segway they will give you scooter.

The tour was very well-organized. After a brief training and practice using the Segway, Nachiket -the tour guide- took us around Berlin on a well-planned route covering the most essential spots. He took care that we travelled at a comfortable pace and safely through Berlin traffic. At each spot he explained the historical background in good detail. The tour lasted for about 90 minutes and we enjoyed it.
My wife could not manage to ride the Segway. So, the tour operator provided her with an electric bike without extra cost. She enjoyed the bike very much.

If you decide to do a Segway tour, we
recommend this tour early in the morning and the first day in Berlin. Expected more information on the stops, like a history context of what we saw. Did not feel safe riding in some streets of the route, too much traffic. It was a Wednesday.

Morgan gave us a great introduction to Berlin, and looked after the less confident Segway rider
Unfortunately the weather was rather cold, but Morgan re-scheduled for us to miss the worst of the rain

Guide was very informational about Berlin and all the sights we saw ! He even told us about the scammers @ check point charley that steal the publics money by playing a dice game lol & there friends that look for cops to warn them , It was kinda funny 😂 . We (3 of us ) all enjoyed his tour and would return for another Segway tour but next time for 3 hrs . Thanks for the AWSOME time ! Super fun experience….

The Segway tour was good, explanations were very good as the leader has to do both German and English. The only problem was a quick change in direction by the leader that didn’t give us enough turn around/stop room and I flew off my Segway when wheels locked with another one. Thankfully, nothing got broken and no head injury. Just lots of bruises. I love Segway tours and have done about 4 of them. It was unfortunate that this had to occur.

Unfortunately, it might happen due some circumstances that guide needs to stop faster as expected, while on the route are many pedestrians and bicycles. Great guide, fantastic way to see the city. Plenty of interesting anecdotes about the buildings and locations.
Got to see everything we wanted and didn't have to worry about too many others on the tour. Our small-group ended up just being us and the guide, but even knowing it might have been a few more was better than having 20 people most who have never been on segways trying to get through traffic and keep up. We only do the small-group tours when it is something like this.
There was an issue with what tour we had paid for as it wasn't specified on the ticket but this was resolved after. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and took us to the key locations with plenty of photo opportunities on the way
Der Reiseleiter, ein Ägyptischer Student, war einfach super und sehr zuvorkommend. Würden das jederzeit wieder machen. Der Aufpreis für die VIP Führung hat sich gelohnt. Wir haben sehr viel in diesen zwei Stunden gesehen
und viel Spaß gehabt.
