A day well spent

This is probably the number one tour to do if you had a free day to spare in Barcelona. Great way to spend the day driving the countryside and seeing some fantastic places. Katya was as good as a guide can be, works hard for you all day. Beware that it is a very long day though but thoroughly worth it.

Our tour was small, only six people in all plus our guide Guillermo, which made for a really nice day. Guillermo took advantage of his knowledge of the area by switching our day's itinerary, thus allowing us to visit the market on Sunday in France and the flower show in Girona (this also helped us to avoid a tremendous amount of traffic). Highly recommend!

Guide Blanca was terrific for a day that was truly memorable. The mountains were spectacular as well as the three destinations, with Andorra a must see on everyone’s bucket list. Appropriate break stops during the bus ride also, and Blance also made appropriate suggestions for restaurants both in Andorra and Barcelona which were delightful and not in character with other tours that direct you to specific establishments for their reward. Great experience! Small group that allowed for personalized tour and discussion. Mario was fantastic- nice guy and quite knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice tour of the Gaudi homes. Just know that the second Gaudi house has rules that a guide cannot give a tour there so its done by audio headphones.
