Perfect way to know Park Güell and Guide Tony was very amazing. He took much better pictures of the venue with us in it.

I would definitely not go with this operator was 30 mins late becos of traffic and shocking parking available...was thinking we be allowed in with tickets which were issued but would not let us in even thou we had paid for 2 adults...rang the company they offered reschedule but would have too pay full price again most people would expect a refund or free rebooking or a discounted rebooking very disappointed 😞☹️

Our guide Julie was really good. She provided the tour in English, and was a great storyteller. To the point and lots of good bits of memorable information. Would highly recommend, otherwise you’d miss the whole history of the park!

If you rent a car, do not drive. There is no parking anywhere nearby. They were not timely in their response when we asked for directions on where to park. As a result, we were late and the best offer we received was to pay an additional €25 per person to reschedule.

As outlined in our instructions, we recommend using a taxi or public transportation to reach the meeting point, and we ask all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time for check-in.
While we understand this was frustrating, arriving on time is the responsibility of the guest. Missed tours can be rescheduled subject to availability and a rebooking fee, as advised.

They will not give you proper instructions. We are currently at the entrance and they have left because we did not know where to park and were sent 25 minutes away plus a walk. Could not get a hold of the guide to ask them to wait

As your voucher states, "It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded."
We offer options such as reschedule for another available time and date for late comers.

This was a great experience for me. Despite the rain I had a lot of fun and learned a lot. I had the Park Güell tour with Andres who was very kind and knowledgeable. I would 10/10 recommend the tour with him. The Sagrada Família tour was great with Naiara. She made it fun and interesting. I learned so much. I would 10/10 recommend this tour with her. You’ll definitely learn while being entertained.

The guide moved very quickly.My friend found the steps a little tricky, and by the time we, and two other elderly people, arrived, she had moved on. We could hear her through the headsets but couldn't find her. The group was far to large.

Unfortunately we did not know that there was a Marathon in Barcelona on 16 November and many roads were closed due to this, so our taxi took longer from our hotel to Parco Guell, the guide had already gone in with the group without even calling us first, they could have left our names at the entrance as we had paid, instead they went in without informing us, and we phoned the company and they said there was nothing they could do, so we wasted €84, and we paid €84 again just to get into the park, there was also an extremely rude member of staff at the entrance, his name was Lucas, if you can not be nice to people then do not work in a public place, on the whole e very negative experience!!!!!!

We use Group tickets for our tours and they are for a specific date and entry time. Therefore we cannot leave them at the entrance.
In case of unexpected circumstances such as marathons or strikes we do offer the option to reschedule for the next available date or time.

It was a very busy day considering it was a national holiday So people should check before booking and try not to book on a holiday if possible.
Sometimes our guide would go on too long. but 95 % of the time she was very informative and interesting

We had an amazing tour of the Sagrada Família with Alberto! He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and symbolism of Gaudí’s masterpiece, but what really made the experience special was his humor and engaging storytelling. Alberto brought the basilica to life with fascinating details we never would have noticed on our own. We left with a much deeper appreciation for the architecture. Highly recommend booking a tour with Alberto if you want a fun and informative visit.

Alberto was a fabulous tour guide. He was welcoming and very easy to listen to. He looked out for our safety and was very informative. His anecdotes and added references were excellent. The Park itself was a delight. So much to see. There were lovely shady spots where one could sit and relax and enjoy the scenery.

It really pays to visit the park with a professional guide. You can learn so much more than on your own. Isaac was indeed an inspirational and one of a kind guide. His happy and fun personality made the tour an unforgettable experience. My 12 year daughter who was really tired before starting the tour really enjoyed Isaac and his funny stories that she forgot all about how tired she was. I highly recommend the tour and especially Isaac!
