Beautiful cathedral, fair audio guide

Raymond_O, Oct 2026

Cathedral is beautiful and breathtaking. The audio tour was another thing. After downloading it, there are no directions. The average 90 second talks were good but seemed like in random order as you scrolled down. Found the map , which had #s on it, but didn't seem to correlate with pictures of talks. And no #s on talks. Ended up only listening to 6 of them then gave up

Response from Host, Oct 2026

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found Barcelona Cathedral beautiful and breathtaking. However, we’re sorry that the audio guide instructions and the lack of clear numbering made it difficult to follow the tour. We understand how frustrating it must have been to navigate the content without a clear connection between the map and the audio descriptions. Your comments are valuable, and we appreciate you highlighting these areas for improvement. We hope you still enjoyed exploring this remarkable landmark and its rooftop views.
