Well organized self guided tour of this incredible, talented architect. Although lines appeared long, the flow through the space gave plenty of opportunity to enjoy and take in the surrounding beauty. Do not miss this!

Frustration from the breakdown of tickets

It was really disappointing not being able to go to the roof. It was unclear the description of the three different tickets options. I rather prefer to pay premium with a single ticket access to the whole experience.

Disappointed in Viator

The ticket office had no way to find our reservation as the confirmation/booking numbers were in a different system. It took awhile while she searched and searched different locations. I was wondering if we’d have to pay again to gain entrance but I think she just issued us another ticket. No skip the lines provided as listed on my confirmation. No day before actual ticket in an email as indicated. Very disappointed in Viator and its provider. I have done this tour before, I think with Viator, several years ago, and it went smoothly.

Nice but not worth the price of admission

The house is impressive but overpriced. It was pretty crowded at 10:15 am and seemed a bit rushed. Can't really take pictures as there are too many people. My final gripe is with the tour company that contracted with Viator and sold me tickets. I purchased tickets for the 9 am slot to tey and beat the crowds. I had a message as we were leaving that it was changed to 11 am. We reluctantly agreed and decided to go to another attraction in the meantime. As I was going to take a picture, I saw a message saying my tickets had been changed to 10:15!! I told them I didn't think we'd make it and they said they strongly advised we make it or lose out. We had to pay for a taxi to make it in time. It was extremely frustrating! Would not recommend.

Worst tour of Viator I have ever been on

It was so crowded I could not see a thing. It was a waste of money. I think I should get my money back as it was $100.

Easy to navigate your with audio to describe all elements of this beautiful building. Plenty of photo opportunities, make sure you do not mind lots of stairs as several floors to climb
