I had seen pictures of the cathedral, but I was completely awestruck by its beauty!
Don't miss this tour . Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He even took us to the top to the front of the line.

The place itself was great, but our guide was not. It was very unclear where to meet. When we got there the guide was nowhere to be found. I spoke with someone in charge of the tours and he helped guide us. The tour guide was young and seemed very immature. He seemed to be laughing at guests. His mic died before the tour was over. He didn’t take us upstairs or tell us where to go. We did not experience the VR at all. A different guide may have been better.

Roger’ was terrific, very knowledgeable about the cathedral, he knew his history and he was so patient with us, we had a small group it was very personable. I would recommend this tour! Very blessed to have seen this beautiful church.

Great tour guide. However the VR experience was non existent, neither was the coffee at the Museu coffee shop. Both of these were noted an included on the booking. This was no fault of the tour guide as he knew nothing of the inclusions.

Regarding the coffee, maybe was a confusion there, since the coffee is included for the Be The First experience. I'll check this so no one get this idea again.

It was a short but thorugh tour. The guide explained it well and the timing was just great (1030am).
The Cathedral had so much history around it (and some tombs as well). There was even an ongoing Mass at the Crypt.

Roger, our English speaking tour guide, was punctual and easy to find for our tour. We communicated prior to the tour through WhatsApp, which gave us peace of mind regarding the details of our tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was easy to understand and answered all our questions. We would not have appreciated or fully experienced the Barcelona Cathedral on our own. It was imperative that we had Roger as a tour guide to truly appreciate all the history of this magnificent Cathedral. Would recommend. Short and sweet tour with a guide that knows the history. Be sure to dress appropriately. Also, consider bringing a fan in summer months. It’s warm inside

We were on a tight schedule and ran 5 min behind. I called ahead and notified them and they were able to meet us at the entrance before the tour started. Our guide helped expand our understanding of the cathedral and was very knowledgeable. Once the tour was over we were able to free roam. It’s an amazing place to get lost in. I wish we had more time to explore as we would have spent more time there. It was beautiful and rich with history and art. I would highly recommend doing this tour. Especially if you couldn’t get tickets for Sagrada Família. The Barcelona Cathedral is worth the visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first day in Barcelona with this wonderful tour of the Barcelona Cathedral. We were so fortunate to have the guide to ourselves, and he did a fantastic service walking us through this timeless work of art and architecture. His knowledge of the history and traditions brought the experience to life in a way we could not have achieved on our own. The description of the martyrdom of Santa Eulalia is not to be missed, definitely not for the squeamish! Included is access to the rooftop terrace with unmatched views of the city and a surprisingly vivid virtual reality experience that was a little unnerving but definitely worth it!
