Communication was confusing and unclear. Multiple communication and App indicating that tickets needed to redeemed at entrance with no tour contact on sight and official Parc Guell staff not knowing the tour operator. Ticket QR code was finally received after messaging via the app. The contact number of the tour operator was in Italy when the tour was booked for and located in Spain!?
Tickets can be booked and paid for online with Parc Guell directly for €18 with friendly service, technology and english language support at the gate. Audio tour can also be downloaded from the Parc Guell site. This tour is a waste of money as zero value is provided!

Do not use this company! Entrance tickets were not provided in a timely manner which caused a delay in getting in. We were denied entrance to the museum after finally getting in to the park. There was supposed to be an electronic guide but none was provided. No support was provided after two lengthy and expensive international calls to resolve the issues. Staff was very curt and unresponsive. Our other tour in Barcelona went off without a hitch and was beautiful but this company was a total disgrace!

I never found the guide. Or who the guide company was. There were many there, very confusing.
Be aware there is more than one park entrance. So I suggest you kniw the name of tour company (it is not Viator) and be sure you go to correct gate.

Was told to meet at a specific spot for audio guide and no one was there. No customer service was available. Called and messaged like that said to if there was an issue and didn’t get a response until days later. Essentially paid $80+ dollars to enter a park that is $20 to enter. Such a Scam.

After arriving at the park got a message that tickets were canceled due to an error!! No option to rebook or any kind of accommodation. Already at the park trying to order new tickets the earliest availability was 2 hours out. Wasn’t going to wait for 2 hours doing nothing!

I hate these apps that when you book your tickets, you dont get them immediately in the your mail AND they DON’T warn you about this BEFORE you book them. All this fuss with getting a voucher first and then sending you the actual tickets on the day you have booked is really hectic!! Plus you have to download the app - why?? - i font want the app to use it for once or twice!! In our case they had not even sent the tickets when we were at the “ doorstep” so to say of our event!! Had to stress out and call them to have them send the. tickets. I strongly recommend not to use these apps including thus one!

A lovely park designed by Gaudi. Bring your walking shoes as it is not always easy terrain to navigated. Expect crowds in the main areas but the outer parts of the park are less crowded. It was a lovely sunny morning activity.

Park Güell was stunning! There was a little discrepancy between the time listed on my ticket/text recieved on WhatsApp and the time I selected. However, it all worked out in the end and we were able to get in at the time we needed.

The park itself was incredible, with so many interesting details to see. However, we paid for the experience to include an audio guided tour and were never provided with any information on how to access that and received a return message from the organizer only after we completed our park visit. We had thought from the tour experience details that the Gaudi House Museum was also included, but were told by park staff that that was not the case when we showed them our ticket at the entrance.
