First of all… the booking was so easy… I was actually worried that it wasn’t real. The check in counter was easy to find. Renatta was our guide, she is a petite fireball and the sweetest!! Very informative!! The skip the line experience was great!! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed this tour very much. Albert was a wealth of knowledge and showed us things we never would have seen on our own. He was very attentive to the individuals taking the tour and helped many people with navigating stairs/lift and answered all the many questions presented to him. We would recommend taking this tour.

Be careful when booking the private tour

Hanseul_J, Jul 2026
Please be careful when booking this tour. I booked a private tour through here, but when I arrived, the local agency had no record of my private reservation. Even after I showed them my booking confirmation stating it was a private tour, they could only place me on the group tour. After completing the tour, I requested a partial refund because I did not receive the private tour experience I had booked and paid for. The local agency directed me to Viator, while Viator said they needed to contact the local agency, resulting in a confusing and frustrating process. I still don't know what went wrong with my reservation. Overall, the booking and customer service experience were disappointing. I hope they improve the communication between the booking platform and the local operator to prevent this from happening again.

The guide was Very informative. Group, I thought, was too large. A lot of information because there are so much details to Sagrada Familia

Wouldn’t recommend it.

Philippa_M, Jul 2026
Sagrada Família is incredible and must be visited. I’m just not entirely sure a guided group of 20+ people is the way to do it.

Worthwhile!

Richelle_M, Jul 2026
Our guide Marta was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient, despite the heat. Finding the tour office and getting sorted was a bit confusing, but everyone was kind and generous.

Not full hour and a half

Brittney_S, Jul 2026
Guide knew her stuff but we paid for an hour and a half tour it ended up being a lot 45min. We waited 30min before we went into the Sagrada Familla and that was pretty disappointing. I wish there was more transparency about how long you’ll actually be spoken too.

Good tour, but hard to understand.

Rebecca_G, Jul 2026
The tour was good, but we couldn't understand our travel guide very much and then we saw that you can just get a tour directly from the cathedral itself. I wonder if that would have been better, since we would have been able to go at our own pace and linger at the things we wanted to see. Overall I think the skip the line part was the only reason I would book this way again.

Crowded and amazing

Marianne_J, Jul 2026
Expect 45 minutes to meet-up, walk the 2 blocks, get earphones and go through security. Once inside, the space does the talking for the guide. 30 folks were too many to manage effectively, without getting the headphones ahead of time at the meeting place. Still, it was an experience, I am glad I had.

Great tour! Great Guide!

kara_s, Jul 2026
Wow! Beautiful! Definitely get a guided tour, it’s worth it for sure to skip the lines. It is crowded inside, so be prepared for that.

Very worthwhile to book in advance

Carol_S, Jul 2026
Easy to book tour - the visit went very smoothly and the tour guide was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The sagrada was closed...

Rana_R, Jun 2026
The sagrada was closed and I wasn't informed earlier. Traveled all the way from Madrid and wasted the whole day. I eventried to contact the customer services and they have not responded yet

Upset

Silvia_R, Jun 2026
Arrived a little late, asked for a refund bc they couldn’t work us in for the next tour, it was denied. So sadly my family and didn’t get to go inside the Sagrada Família and without refund 😞

Sagrada Familia

Sandra_T, Jun 2026
Must see/do! A guide makes your visit exceptional. You get info about Segradas’ history, the symbolism, the method’s used. It is amazing & beautiful. You see the outside, the inside, the schoolhouse for the workers children, the museum, and, of course, the great gift shop. You do pass through the security check with scanners; they requested no hats, sunglasses off, shoulders covered. They weren’t as concerned about the dresses or shorts probably due to the heat (~98’F). A beautiful experience. Mass was scheduled in the basement level chapel at 8pm on the Monday we were there. Must have tickets prior to visit.

Sagrada Família in late June

Jina_G, Jun 2026
Sagrada is beautiful, more to see on the outside of the Cathedral than on the inside. Our guide David was very informative and was able to explain what Gaudi’s design reflected from the story of Jesus. It was a very warm day and nearly impossible to find shade during the tour—wish that Sagrada would put more umbrellas up for guests.

Great day

Toni_B, Jun 2026
Olga was an amazing guide full of information and super engaging. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon exploring the magic of Gaudi

Tour was cancelled for a SCHEDULED event

Lisa_A, Jun 2026
Viator contracted with Juliet travel and sold us a tour for Sagrada Família during a scheduled private architectural convention. So not only did we have booked tickets weeks in advance and did not get to see Sagrada Família- no one told us until we got to the tour company for the tour., so we wasted more vacation time and money traveling there to be told it was canceled and did not have the chance to even try to change to a different time…. Then Viator did not even immediately issue a refund even after I sent the documentation from Juliet telling them of the cancellation, saying to be patient that they needed more information from Juliet proving we did not tour! I expected much better service from Viator!

Professional and passionate

Fantastic tour! Our guide Omar was exceptional and gave such an in depth history of each part of the church.

Great small group walking tour in Barcelona!

Dorothy_P, Jun 2026
We went on a small group tour, Laura was our tour guide and she was Awesome! She knew so much history about Barcelona and kept all of us interested. The walking tour covered a small area but was filled with so much information. Great tour!

Our guide was great!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was a little difficult to understand his English. We also spent quite a bit of time outside where it was very hot. We ended up leaving early.

Do not trust this booking!

Robert_W, Jun 2026
This was an awful experience. We booked entry for 2PM two weeks prior to the day, and at 11PM the night before, we were told that we could only come in at 4:45PM. When we said that wouldn’t work, our reservation was canceled.

Sagrada Familia

Christopher_P, Jun 2026
Was excellently guided. The guide really explained the meaning and significance of all the stone sculpting on the church. Well worth doing it as a guided tour. The Julia Travel company office who actually provided the tour were a bit disorganized at the start in deciding who was in which of the 2 groups and so we, the paying customers, were held up in a hot crowded office while they messed about.
