There was some sort of festival/protest in the area and therefore it was extremely difficult to get to the point of meet up. We were late. As we know it is our fault, we asked if we can just at least get into sagrada familia but they refused. Please be mindful not to be late and end up wasting 200 dollars and a chance to see sagrada familia

Marta was amazing. She knows her stuff! The meet up is right across the street. Very easy and profesional.

This tour was very informative. Our guide was excellent. She gave us enough time to take pictures, enjoy the architect and pray .
Alissa_D, May 2026
Guide was hard to understand. Super crackly audio plus a strong accent that I didn’t have time to learn.
Sarah_W, May 2026
Great, good way to jump the queues. Sarah was an informative guide, small group and plenty of time for museum etc afterwards

Our tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Beautiful building inside and out. The stained glass is incredible.
Helena_P, May 2026
I really enjoyed this tour as it gave me a lot of background information on the building of Sagrada Família that I didn't know coming in. Our guide was Cassandra and she did a really good job at explaining everything.
Be prepared for the weather since you'll be outside for part of the tour!

This is a must see when visiting Barcelona, such beauty & historic. We had a 9 am booking & the light through the stained glass was beautiful. Our guide Olga E, who loved sharing her knowledge of the Sagrada Familia with our group, was engaging & friendly.

The Sacragada Familia is unfinished and overcrowded. A brainchild of Antonio Gaudi which he left incomplete to be finished by a variety of architects. The structure is massive but the beauty is nowhere near some of the other cathedrals. They are admittedly trying to build out the structure on tourist money. I would wait another 10 years.

I have never been so upset or disappointed as I was on this day. I had booked this tour in January of 2026, with emails to back this up. I have been fortunate to have seen the church once with a private guide and once with a group but on this occasion I was traveling with my daughters and wanted them to be able to see this magnificent church. I received several confirmations of our appointment prior to our scheduled date and time including two from Viator the day before. We were to arrive 15 minutes in advance but arrived earlier only to be told our reservation was scheduled for 3pm, one hour earlier, and we had missed our scheduled time. They, the girl at Julia’s Travel told me that there was nothing she/they could do unless I chose to rebook for a fee. My emails clearly stated 4pm! I called Viator, they asked to speak with the girl at Julia’s travel but she refused to speak with him, when I asked for a manager I was told he didn’t work on Friday, when I asked for her name, she would not give it because “she didn’t want to”. I was told that Viator would make it right, however, I received an email the following day stating I had changed the reservation and there was nothing they could do. I asked for confirmation that I had changed anything and heard crickets. I was charged for 3 skip the line tickets and my daughters and I never got to see the church. This made me skeptical of 2 additional Viator bookings I had made with Viator. All this to say, BE LEARY OF ANY BOOKINGS THROUGH JULIA’S TRAVEL AND BE SURE TO PRINT OFF ALL EMAILS! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company but my daughters missed out on a gorgeous church because of one snotty little brat!

Very pleasant pace, informative and educational. Every question answered. Guide was great... I will return for another visit in 8 years..
Pierrette_H, May 2026
The tour group seemed too big.
The ear buds audio phone system did not work well==lots of crackling.
The guide was pleasant and upbeat (he often said, “fantastic!”), but the historical content was thin.
Barb_D, May 2026
Beautiful and amazing. Expect the grounds to be very crowded. It was important to have the radio/earphones or you would never hear anything from the guide. This tour provided that.
Robert_W, May 2026
Excellent tour. Easy to find from the cruise ship as the office is across the street from the cathedral. Long walk on crowded streets to get there. Sylvia, our guide, was fantastic providing a lot of information. You really need a tour to experience the cathedral and learn the details.
John_T, Apr 2026
Our tour was English and Spanish which took more time for the guide and didn’t leave much time for any questions
Hong_L, Apr 2026
The tour was short and not as expected. We could have bought the tickets and went in ourselves. . We could get The information she gave in Google!!! She should translate a short section at a time instead of making guests wait for her to her translate to other language too long.
John_C, Apr 2026
Checkin process somewhat chaotic at travel office than not much “fast track” involved cause it was about 40 min of waiting in various ques before we got inside. They give you a ticket at office with a number on it that is presumably your group number (they did not say and never collected the ticket … so anyone could just hitch hike onto the group).
Anne_H, Apr 2026
Very good. The guide was excellent. She was well-informed of the history.
The tour is definitely worth it.
Gary_D, Apr 2026
Meeting point is very close to Sagrada Familia. Guide was informative. He was a little hard to hear outside over traffic, but inside you had headphones.
It was a good option for last minute tickets to get inside after I didn't purchase the direct tickets correctly.
Grant_J, Apr 2026
Best of experience in Barcelona, barn. Take the Private tours as the lines are very long, and the Private tour skips ahead and gives you amore informed, detailed insights on the history and significance of this amazing cathedral.
Bob_S, Apr 2026
Too was only 45 minutes. It was billed at ninety minutes. Our guide, sara, what was very knowledgeable and gave a good descriptions? And also very caring has, we were two elderly gentlemen.
Alan_F, Apr 2026
Do some research and go when it less crowded. So many people you can’t really enjoy anything. Definitely like being in a cattle car
Lisa_S, Apr 2026
Oliver our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Sagrada. Conscious of keeping our group together and engage during the tour.
Ken_H, Apr 2026
Very friendly gentlemen. English is not as proficient but we knew that could be a possibility going in to the tour. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He was attentive to his guests and kept the tour flowing nicely.
We felt that the transition between Spanish & English was challenging to follow at times mainly of the accent. Overall he was great and we enjoyed the tour.
Dolores_D, Apr 2026
Jump the line and prepaid ticket is the best way to see it. We stood in line for over 2 hr 20 years ago and vowed never to do that again!
Our guide, Irini S. was very informative and pleasant.
Rui_P, Apr 2026
Top notch. The tour guide Pilar was amazing, she was very knowledgeable, kind and lead us through the La Sagrada Família in a very professional and enjoyable way, sharing very interesting details that otherwise we would miss it. Beeing able to skip the line makes the visit to this breathtaking monument even more pleaseant.
