Excellent all around! Our flight was delayed 2 hours and getting through EES (passport control) took 3 hours. The dispatcher kept in constant communication with us and the driver waited despite the many hours of delay. SO GOOD! definitely booking them from now on.

The plane landed earlier. We found the location from which someone was supposed to meet us. We called the number that was provided by the company and asked if they can pick us up earlier than it was originally scheduled. 20 minutes later the driver arrived and took us. The driver was very friendly.

We arrived at the Barcelona airport after 13 hours traveling and a scary connection in Madrid. Our driver was most courteous and professional. He was excellent at navigating the complex traffic and patiently answered our numerous questions. Our baggage transfer was seamless outside of our hotel and he was most efficient and calm despite the level of activity around us. Our experience was far superior to public transportation or trying to locate a taxi upon arrival. I highly recommend this service.

The transfer service was excellent but if I had to do it again, I would simply book directly in Barcelona. The Viator price is quite expensive to what you would pay directly locally. Having said that, the driver was helpful, courteous and got us to the ship on time.

Our guide (group 1 on 5/13) was wonderful! She provided great information and insights into the history of the church. The details she provided really made us appreciate the design elements and underscored the dedication and hard work from many many people across the decades. Our favorite parts were the light coming through the stained glass (take the 4 pm tour! by 5 pm, the late afternoon light creates a blaze of color that is absolutely stunning), the incredible detail of each facade, and gaudi’s desk/workshop located in the exhibit beneath the church. The underground exhibit provides so much context and old photographs, do not miss this! Favorite part of our time in Barcelona, hands down.

Our flight was delayed as most are. We communicated with our driver via the website and he was very responsive and waiting when we arrived. He handled all our luggage and got us to our destination quickly and safely. Thank you for a great start to our vacation!!

The driver texted me when he arrived early for our early morning pickup in Barcelona. He was friendly and professional and loaded our bags into the car, which was very clean. At first we were concerned because it was actually a metered taxi; but he assured us that everything was paid; and that the city of Barcelona requires meters to be running when in the city. He effortlessly navigated the narrow streets and got us to the airport in no time. As we exited the car, he cautioned us to keep our bags close by, due to pickpockets/thieves who might grab bags and run away - fast. (Thank you, “Taxi Guy”).

This time I was afraid the car might be small (the two of us had 5 check-in sized bags) so I messaged the company in advance through the Viator app. They replied that they would accommodate our luggage and showed up with a Mercedes minivan. Driver arrived to the Mandarin Oriental hotel about 10 min early.
