Beautiful, educational, perfect amount of time. Walked right in and didn’t wait in line for the towers. Kids ages 6 and 9 loved the tour. Guide even had the kids involved. Highly recommend!

Awe inspiring! Well worth getting the “pass the line” ticket and include the Tower Tour (if you can handle heights, a tight stairwell, and lots of stairs (400+)! Cassandra was excellent - very energetic and historical. The tour is 1 1/2 hrs but plan on longer. You will want to stay longer! Recommend a sunrise visit to really capture the full experience.

Great tour and access to tower

Alex_B, May 2026
The tour was very well organized, informative, and appropriately timed. The meetpoint is inside an office which was a little cramped while waiting, but better than meeting outside if the weather is bad.

I booked a guided tour...

CHRISTIANA_M, May 2026
I booked a guided tour with access to the tower because it’s always crowded. Early in the morning there were big crowds but our guide took us to an entrance for tours and we got through security check and the guide gave us a tour then we had to take an elevator to see the towers. After tour we were free to spend time on our own. I always prefer guided tours. The tour operators meeting point and office is across from Sagrada Família and easy to find. Recommend to buy bottled water before entering church as it can get very hot.

great experience with...

Winny_L, May 2026
great experience with information about the internal and exterior design and details of the art work. The view at the tower is very good with a closer look at the top of the towers’ designs.

Cassandra was a great...

John_B, Apr 2026
Cassandra was a great tour guide. Well worth it. The towers were great but only an elevator going up, down is all stairs.

Must try for Barcelona

Luis_T, Apr 2026
Worth a look especially with the towers. Very beautiful experience that you get to see Gaudis work. We will come back in a few years

Barcelona Highlight!

ChristineAnne_S, Apr 2026
What a beautiful place! So massive and majestic. Make sure you see it on a sunny day so u can see the light filtering thru the stained glass windows. And also make sure u visit the towers...A must see in Barcelona!

Why no refund???

Tom_R, Apr 2026
Viator blew me off! I booked two tours and I realized it 20 hours before our tour. I asked for a refund and NO response!!!

Great Tour

Randy_S, Apr 2026
We did the 9:00 and it was great not near as crowded. Location of tour operator was right across the street and they did a great job. Glad we did the tour instead of doing it on our own

Excellent tour

Linda_H, Apr 2026
Excellent, informative tour. The tour departs from a location across the street from Sagrada Família. Very well organized and great tour guide.

My Destiny of a lifetime.

Rosalinda_W, Apr 2026
Very nice presentation of Oliver, knowledgeable, and learned a lot of history of Sagrada de Familia especially the glass of the wall both sides.

Great experience

Natalie_H, Apr 2026
Very informative guide. Nice to skip the regular line. Did the tower tour too, it was amazing but wouldn't recommend for those not able to navigate very narrow spiral stairs down at least 20 stories! Definitely recommend!

Awesome tour!

Cindy_W, Apr 2026
Awesome tour. I learned so much from our guide Oliver. A local tour guide that has a lot of history to share. Highly recommend this this tour

Wonderful experience

Renee_W, Apr 2026
It was a wonderful tour, so many details that you would never know unless you went on a guided tour Our tour guide was wonderful. So enthusiastic, you could tell he loved his job.

Wonderful tour and guide

Karen_R, Apr 2026
Oliver was excellent! He is entertaining and knowledgeable telling a few stories from growing up 3 blocks from the Sagrada Família. The tower tour was breathtaking.

Beware if you book a 4pm tour!

D_C, Apr 2026
Beware if you book a 4pm tour! The tour was to begin at 4:00pm. We did not start until 4:45. Once we got started we were informed that people who paid extra for the tower tour would have to miss the second half of the tour because the tours close at 5:40. We got in line for the tower tour at 5:15pm. We only received a 30 min tour. The Tower access is suppose to occur after you finish the guided tour The tour guide explained it wasn’t his fault but that of the travel company and we should discuss with them. This experience did not meet the stated expectations and was disappointing. We paid for the 2hour Sagrada tour with Tower access.

Don't miss this Tour

Amazing Tour with a great Host and Tour Guide. Described everything to perfection and was easy to understand.

A marvel

Nancy_L, Apr 2026
The Sagrada Familia is a marvel to behold. The tour was shorter than expected but our guide was very knowledgeable.

Great Sagrada Família Experience!

Bryant_L, Apr 2026
We really enjoyed our Tour of Sagrada Família with Sara. She did a good job of explaining the history of the place along with the meanings of the different sculptures and points of interest. She did a great job keeping the tour moving and making sure people had an opportunity to ask questions.

Worth the money

Megan_R, Mar 2026
The tour meeting point is fantastic just across the street of the Sagrada. The tour itself is a little over an hour, and worth skipping the lines. We did the tower access, and beware, this is very high and 500 narrow winding steps to come down. They require you put your bag in a free locker, as the elevators only allow 7 people at a time.

9 yr old son said it was the best tour he’d ever been on. My jaw dropped.

Abbie_T, Mar 2026
Beautiful, educational, perfect amount of time. Walked right in and didn’t wait in line for the towers. Kids ages 6 and 9 loved the tour. Guide even had the kids involved. Highly recommend!

Sagrada more than ever anticipated!

Elizabeth_R, Mar 2026
Magnificent tour. Marta had so much knowledge about the Sagrada. Little facts that I had never heard. And I am SO glad that we were able to go to one of the tours! Excellent experience.

Omar!!! A Masterful Storyteller at La Sagrada Familia”

Josephine_C, Mar 2026
Our tour of La Sagrada Familia was nothing short of unforgettable, thanks entirely to our incredible guide Omar. From the very beginning, it was clear that this wasn’t going to be just another sightseeing experience — it was something truly special. His passion, depth of knowledge, and the way he told the story of Gaudí’s vision brought the basilica to life in a way I never could have imagined. Every detail, from the symbolism in the facades to the meaning behind the light streaming through the stained glass, was explained with such emotion and clarity that it genuinely moved me. At one point, I found myself overwhelmed — nearly in tears — not just because of the beauty of La Sagrada Familia, but because of how Omar helped us understand it. He didn’t just show us the building; he helped us feel it.

To large of a group.

Thomas_G, Mar 2026
It was to large of a group and our guides English was not very understanding. We still had an interesting visit.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Dear Thomas_G Thnak you for sharing this review, I regret to learn that you could not enjoy the tour to its fullest because of the guide's accent. However, it is necessary to take into account that our guides are officially accredited by the local government and tested regularly in their language skills. It is necessary to point out that your reservation was for a regular guided tour, not a small group tour. Sincerely.

Don’t miss this tour.

Kelly_M, Mar 2026
Don’t miss this tour. Our guide was wonderful and highly knowledgeable regarding the outside and inside of the building and its history. Wonderful day!

No info found for partial refund

Richard_W, Mar 2026
Today was raining so hard and my booking was Sagrada Família Fast Track Guided Tour with Towers Access and after we checking in with the ticket center and the lady told us the Tower Access was cancelled due to the weather and ask us to request a refund after the tour over. So after the tour was over and we tried to get a refund but there’s no way to get a partial refund on the website.

This church is AWESOME!

Steven_U, Mar 2026
This tour will include a walk around the church, a walk through the main entrance and around the first floor. After seeing the amazing architecture and the stunning stained glass, the tour of the tower is worth booking this tour.

The tour was informative...

Bernadine_K, Feb 2026
The tour was informative but felt minimal. The ear pieces to listen to our guide was very helpful because there is a lot of ambient noise. We purchased the tower access which I would recommend. But only if you are not claustrophobic or afraid of heights.

Amazing Basilica. Heavily Accented English.

Robert_M, Feb 2026
Te Basilica is an amazing Cathedral being built to as a place of Christian worship. The "skip line and tower tour" gives all those advantages. The "English language" guide was very heavily accented and difficult to understand. There were many details of the cathedral that were described, but much was hard to understand because of the accent and speed of his talk.

Sagrada Familia

Michael_G, Feb 2026
Guide was very knowledgeable and efficient as well as very friendly. It was a shame that it was too windy and the tower portion of the tour was not completed.
