Great time with F! He was very knowledgeable about what we saw and the history behind it! He was also very nice too!
We toured with Francisco. He was great, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and he shared very interesting facts during the tour and kept us all interested, even my 10 year old. Super fun tour and we learned a lot. He kept all of my kids interested and we all had a blast! He should be a history teacher! Thanks Francisco! 5 stars all the way!
We were a group of 7 tourists, guided by the French speaking tour guide Martin, who described in detail the exterior of Sagrada Família. He illustrated his intriguing presentation with printouts of the facades of Sagrada Família. He recounted interesting facts about the life and habits of Gaudi with so much ardour. A dedicated tour guide, who loves his job. Excellent communicator!

Very informative and well paced especially for those with mobility issues. The candy tasting is an added bonus. Our guide Francisco was very welcoming and clear in communicating all of the tour information .
Very friendly guide and a great tour. No chocolate tasting though as per the description. Anastasia talked about interesting facts about Sagrada and Gaudi.
This company advertise “best of Barcelona Sagrada Família” but it is a tour to walk around the outside of the cathedral. Money was taken. Had to give our phone number or booking was processed now we know why. 30 mins before the meeting point at 5pm we get a text to say in capital letters this tour DOES NOT
go inside the cathedral. Completely false advertising and a scam. Do not book with them.
One big scam, do not book with them or read the fine print as it does not allow entrance but only outside with the tour
My guide was Martin. Some walking, but mainly lots of information, humor, and representation through pictures and models. Ends with a lovely chocolate and Spanish wine tasting and some other Barcelona recommendations. Great job and kept me engaged whole time as he answered lots of questions from the group in real time.
He’s a very good guide. Knowledgeable, on time. Didn’t realize we were not going into the church and that we were going on the metro. Would’ve liked to have gone into the church. Small group, which was really good, just five of us.
Peter was an excellent tour guide. Peter was vey thorough and knowledgeable and also entertaining. Highly recommended.
Anastasia was wonderful. Knowledgable on the Sangre Familie and showed us lots of interesting placea not in the guide books. Also recommended us a great place to eat also. Casa Alfonso.

If you want to see inside the actual sagrada familia, this tour doesn't have it. But in saying this the history and understanding of the facades of the building is intresting. Anastasiia is passionate and knowledgeable and tells the history with so much grace and pride. She will not dissapoint you and will also share great attractions to see and places to eat.
The Familia is absolutely breathtaking! So much history so much tragedy, and so much beauty! It's a messy if you come to Barcelona!

Anastasia was an excellent guide. She answered many questions and was able to give us the history of buildings not on the tour. Enjoyed the stops including the torron store.
Incredible tour, very interactive and dynamic. Francisco was very friendly and his presentation was very interesting. A memorable experience for us in Barcelona!
Upon arrival the guide will request that you go and purchase a metro ticket from the station, this is NOT included in the tour price which is a let down, alongside the candy being a very touristy candy store, so that was also a bit of a let down. Other than that the guide knew a lot about the locations that we went to and even gave us a few restaurant recommendations (only if you bring your wallet lol, it isn’t cheap).
Phenomenal experience walking the streets of Barcelona with our lovely guide! Although initially disappointed to not see inside the Sagrida, the facts and information we were given were exceptional. It was thorough, explorative and fun!
The Sagrada Familia Basílica is an amazing sight to see. Our guide, Franko was very knowledgeable and shared so much information. He was very personable and had answers for everyone’s questions.

The title is misleading. I searched for Sagrada Familia tickets and found this listing on Viator. Based on the title, I believed I was booking an English-language tour inside the Sagrada Familia for myself and my 85-year-old father-in-law as a birthday gift. However, the evening before the tour, I received a WhatsApp message explaining that the booking was actually for a walking tour outside the basilica and did not include entry tickets.
The cancellation policy allows cancellations only up to 24 hours before the tour, yet the details clarifying the tour type were sent just 15 hours before it started. By then, it was too late to cancel. I submitted a complaint but decided to attend the tour without my father-in-law.
I want to emphasize that our guide, Francisco, was excellent and deserves 5 stars. My negative review is directed solely at the misleading title. While the description does state that tickets are not included, the heading can easily lead people searching for Sagrada Familia tickets to believe otherwise. A more accurate title, such as "Walking Tour Outside Sagrada Familia," would better reflect the experience.
The tour itself was enjoyable, and Francisco did a great job. Unfortunately, my parents-in-law could not manage a 2.5-hour walk through Barcelona, so we were unable to use two of the bookings. My criticism is of the advertising, not the quality of the tour.

Francisco was such an excellent tour guide—he knew so much about the history and details of Barcelona and made everything come alive with his storytelling. He’s also a really engaging communicator, making everyone feel comfortable and involved.
I loved how he took the time to answer all our questions and noticed when we were curious about certain spots. It felt like he was really listening and tailoring the experience to us. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and fun guide.
