Some of the markets and vendors that we visit close after lunchtime, so the walk can only occur in the morning

However, there are limited choices for other dietary restrictions such as gluten-free or dairy-free. Severe allergies cannot, unfortunately, be catered for on this tour.

Wonderful tour with an amazing guide! We had many traditional tastings including pastry pies, meats, olives, coffee & gyros. Also a trip through the fresh produce & meat markets. To say we loved it is an understatement. Touring with Tassos felt like visiting an old friend. He's knowledgable, personable, and showed us all the hidden gems tucked away while other tourists waited in long lines for other mediocre options. Tassos has the best stories, is hilarious, and is just a really nice guy. I'd recommend this tour to my friends, parents, big groups, small groups-- anyone. Cannot endorse enough.

Amazing food tour

Everything about the trip was wonderful. Tassos my guide was very passionate about his city and the wonderful food places we visited. He also gave me information about the city that I did not know. It was a small group tour but I was the only person so I really had a very personal experience. One thing to bear in mind you really do get so much to eat so bring a bag to take some back.

Great day with Tas and all the delicious Greek food. We spent the time walking the streets in Athens and visiting several local establishments and tasting the local foods. Very worth the price paid for the tour and Tas was a real pleasure to spend time with.

This tour was so great! I got to try some absolutely amazing foods and they were all from traditional stores in Greece. It was great to walk around Athens with a local seeing the amazing sites and eating food it was the best thing I could of done. My guide was fantastic as well it was a private tour and he was very welcoming and full of information. Thanks Tassos so much for the amazing day!
