If there’s one dining experience that sums up Greek food, it’s meze sharing plates. This small-group class, with a minimum of four guests and a maximum of ten, gets you hands-on and cooking, washed down with aniseed-flavored ouzo. You’ll learn at least seven traditional dishes, from tzatziki and filo cheese pies to stuffed peppers and meatballs, then sit down and enjoy them with quality Greek wine and an Acropolis view.

This class was fantastic. The hosts were warm and funny. We made 7 dishes, from grape leaves to baklava. The whole day was fun and we learned a lot, then we got to feast on our creations. Bring your appetite, it’s a lot of food!

Excellent cooking course, packed full of ideas and “how to do’s” for Greek Meze! Our group of 6 people had her full attention of our cooking instructor, who was amicable, informative and, of course, courteous and kind! The afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. went quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed the food that we helped to prepare. Looking forward to receiving the recipes and have already promised our group that we shall get together in Canada for a Greek Meze evening!

Fabulous time! This experience is great for groups and all levels of cooking expertise. Fun event with a great host. All the food was delicious and they were willing to adapt to all dietary needs. Would absolutely book again. I learned so much about delicious authentic Greek meals and got leftovers to take home too!

If there's one thing better than having a great dinner with a view on the Acropolis, it's knowing that you made it yourselves!
This class is a great idea for a fun and unique experience - and at the end, you get a delicious meal. Marilena makes it all very easy; we were truly amazed at what, and how fast, we were able to make on our own thanks to her direction. On top of that, Marilena is accommodating, easy to talk to, and will offer scores of local tips and recommendations. And at the end of it, you get the recipes to share the joy back home.

Marilena and Katarina are such great cooks, teachers, and helpers. I took this class with my friend, and we enjoyed it very much. We cooked 7 mezze dishes, and I appreciated how Marilena reached out to me 1-2 weeks prior to ask about my favorite dishes. You can see how hard they have to work to prepare for the class but still manage to have fun. They are simply amazing, and so is their food!

Our host was amazing. She was very kind and we enjoyed her company. The food was delicious. We made eight dishes and and enjoyed the opportunity to learn simple recipes we will definitely make for our friends when we get home.
