A very friendly tour we enjoyed last week from this tour operator, we got our tickets and instructions 1 day in advance , 2 hours after we purchased the tickets. All was smnooth, the museum was really nice and audio guide provided in English had a lot of interesting stories behind . Perfect for us a a first time visitors.

Ended up staying in Amsterdam for a day and night due to my flight being cancelled. Thought I’d take myself off to the Van Gogh museum. Took the tram all the way there only to discover they were sold out. Could not get a ticket anywhere online but here. Did I pay 3 times the amount, yes, but I got in straight away and it was an incredible experience. Well worth it.

Easy way to get into the museum on an otherwise sold out day. We showed the booking at the ticket entrance and were advised on where to collect the audio. Paid a bit more than if we had planned in advance but it worked out ok.
