Viator needs to make mention that the only way to obtain tickets to the house is to go to the official ANNE FRANK website. That little bit of information would have been most helpful

Thank you for your message. If you check the tour that you booked, tickets aren't included. It is described everywhere. There are no tickets available in this tour and this is why it is a walking tour and a tour of the life of Anna Frank excluding tickets. Let us know if you need anything else.
