Although, the guides are knowledgeable and the stories are interesting. It is not the most exiting thing to do.
perhaps it suits a leisurely holiday. For me its just "must do" but not really something I generally enjoy.

We signed up for an open boat ride night cruise with “Flying Dutch” boat company. I checked their fleet and all boats were open air. Instead we were on a closed cruise with no air circulation, in a dead sweat. Could not wait to exit!

The evening cruise at 21:00 from Anne Frank House in Amsterdam did not take place for unknown reasons from Flying Dutch Boats. No information so far if credit card transaction has been cancelled. Really bad bad service, not reliable.

We were excited to take this evening cruise in Amsterdam. We were extremely disappointed when our boat & guide were a no show at the designated location. We were told by another boat company that Flying Dutch Boats had a last minute company party & would not be doing any canal cruises. Very unprofessional & what a scam to take our money online and not contact us about this booking conflict. We have not heard from the company as we sent numerous messages requesting answers. Do not book with this company! They fine know how to communicate nor run a company!

The boat didn’t show up, we were at the location since 21:15 and until 22:00. We saw many boats from the company “Flagship” and we kept asking them if they heard about Flying Dutch Boats (the company we were supposed to have a cruise with) but no one seems to have heard about it. At that boat we started wondering if this whole thing was a scam. Absolutely shameful. If you can please guide me as to where I can request a refund as this is completely unacceptable.

Focus was more on drinks than the surrounding.

Piacevole gita in barca lungo i canali con vista delle installazioni luminose del festival. Personale simpatico e preparato. Visto le temperature avrei preferito delle bevande calde ma nel complesso il giudizio è più che positivo.
