We did a late night tour in winter and though it was dark it was fun and comfortable. We had just arrived in the city that evening and it was our first outing.
We learned a lot of information about the city that we could then look for while walking around. Our tour guide was personable and outgoing. He answered all our questions and did a great job keeping the group lively and engaged.

Fun canal cruise, just over an hour. The hosts at Flagship were lovely, funny and lots of information. Just a shame how steamed up the windows of the boat get, hard to see or take pictures.

A really enjoyable cruise with lovely staff who were very knowledgeable and entertaining. Only comment would be that it would have been helpful if there was some signage by jetty’s to let you know it was the correct location to pick up cruise.

Absolutely hands down the best boat tour I’ve been on. Our guide was the best!! Engaging, interesting, fun, and friendly!! The weather cooperated and we learned some cool things about the city and its history. The meet up point was well situated as we had tickets for the Anne Frank museum afterwards. Highly recommend!

Friendly crew and nice boat.
Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and thought the onboard commentary was very informative. Comfortable and crew provided blankets for those who requested. Nice inboard provisions were also available.

Canal cruise is a perfect way to see Amsterdam and know some stories and history about it. The open boat we had is amazing with unlimited beer and wine. Beautiful view at night.

Unfortunately, disappointing. Our booking information and ticket gave us a street address and the “organizer” Voyage Amsterdam. Street addresses had no relationship to the dock area. More than a dozen cruise operators ring the area. None of them were Voyager Amsterdam. No sign. So flag. No boat with name.
Finally we asked some other operator about Voyage Amsterdam. We asked 3 you f ladies in orange shirts…2 didn’t know, one said “oh, that’s us”. They pointed to the dock just as our boat left the dock.
The shirts said Flagship - how we were we to know same as Voyage, even the employees didn’t know. We did take a boat about 20 minutes later, which was not a covered boat with narrated tour, but an open booze cruise with minimal commentary, only 45 minutes long. A pleasant float but not what I purchased.

Shakira was a fantastic guide with a great passion for telling stories that helped us understand Amsterdam. Her bubbly personality made it fun for all of the other riders. This was a great introduction to a fascinating city.

The 1 hour cruise was a generous hour and included staff focused on making it a memorable event. The cost was moderate and that includes the extra refreshment cost.

Terrible 🥺🥺 we couldn’t find the boat I rolled my ankle running around looking for it. Finally when we found it we had actually already walked past it but no one was stood outside they were inside and it was dark so couldn’t see… and when we did find it it was sailing away and we kept waving but it just sailed off. :((((

The cruise was in an open boat at 10pm on a cold night. The price was much more expensive than just buying a ticket at the dock from any other service provider. Cheese and wine were offered on the boat (not offered to us at time of purchase) but the ticket sold to us did not include this option, even at the excessive rate we paid. It was a very uncomfortable hour.

The small snippets of information shared were worthwhile however there was insufficient information provided. For instance it would have been enlightening to hear what canals we were on, buildings and areas of significance. Questions were invited however it’s fair to say sometimes you need the information supplied without prompting. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately a couple of passengers talked loudly throughout the trip, making it difficult for crew and fellow passengers

We never took this tour because your meeting location instructions were too confusing. Even our Uber driver couldn't figure out where to drop us off. I wrote to you on the contact info you provided and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY!!! I want a refund.
