If you are into cemeteries then this tour is it. The golf cart ride and guide was FANTASTIC.The bits of history and back stories were fascinating. The co driver was really cute , short and fuzzy.(hahaha it was a doggy). Would definitely do tour again next time in Savannah

Wonderful, enthralling experience

Stephanie delighted us with fascinating facts and insights, while facilitating a highly enjoyable day. She took us through much of the historic district on our way to Tybee Island, and I learned so much. Stephanie was fantastic and funny! The 🦀 Crab Shack was unexpectedly awesome; yummy food in a lovely setting. I was impressed with the great care they take of the animals on the premises. Captain Derek and the dolphin watching was exciting! It was very windy and we only saw a few dolphins, though one showed up fully in a huge wave right in front of us! Derek said he wasn't satisfied with that and we could come back anytime for free to try again. He was also a very funny narrator, kept us laughing throughout.

Our guide, Savannah, was excellent, as were the clip on ear speakers used to make hearing her easier as we walked. She was very knowledgeable about local history and responsive to questions. We learned a lot about the city’s “personality” and customs too. Plenty of stops for those who are not used to 2 hr walks. I highly recommend it!

Convenient.

Parking can be difficult around Savannah and most of it isnt free. The trolley makes 16 stops around town. Your desired destination is never more than a block or two away from one of the stops. We never had to wait more than 15 minutes at a stop to hop back on. The drivers are very safe. They give great historical information along the route interspersed with some humor and a few corny jokes. This was a good value for the price paid.

We had a great time. We went at night and would definitely suggest doing the same. All of the pubs were on point with drinks and company. Connor is a great time, very knowledgeable and just told good stories. Didn't try too hard for the show just gave facts and was a great guide.

A very tasty introduction to Savannah

This was a very informative tour which my husband & I really enjoyed. Our tour guide Meryl was knowledgeable and shared interesting stories & facts about the famous landmarks we stopped at or saw during the walk around the city. Everything we tasted in each place she brought us to was delicious & came with a story. Most of them were offerings from hotel restaurants/bars which we wouldn't have known to visit. This was our first time in Savannah, and this tour definitely made us want to come back again & revisit all the places we ate at. Highly recommend!

Very informative and a great way to see Savannah, learn about the history in a short amount of time. He gave excellent recommendations of places to visit more in depth and his restaurant recommendation was great (The Little Duck Diner). My only question is why was the poster amount per person in the carriage less than I paid? Was it taxes?

Our tour guide Crystal "the pistol" did a fantastic job! I'm amazed how she can drive a tour trolley and remember facts about all of the sites and never miss a beat for 75 minutes. The tour was very informative and Crystal was very friendly. Would definitely recommend starting your visit to Savannah this way!

Land And Sea: Great Way To See And Learn About Savannah! Recommend To All!

This is a great way to see and learn about Savannah! The Trolley Tour takes you through some of the must-see sights in historic Savannah while talking about their historical significance. Then it takes you to River Street where you can hang out on the riverfront and shop and drink for a bit before you get on the Riverboat portion of the tour. I also found out later that the riverboat we were on was used in the filming of Ozark, which was cool. I liked the idea of seeing Savannah from land and sea and now I can say I’ve been on a trolley and a riverboat! I think my favorite part was seeing the architecture and greenery in historic Savannah in the famous squares and learning about the city layout. It was a great way to open my trip to Savannah and I think everyone should do it!
