Great walk in history

This was an excellent, informative tour! We hit several spots, and our guide was especially knowledgeable and well-spoken. She has 2 degrees in history, and it showed. Even though we attended on the second weekend of October, the crowds were manageable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a quick history lesson on the witch trials and the locations in Salem related to them.

Come for the witches, stay for the sailing!

My daughter and I took a trip to Salem for the 400th anniversary of the witch trials and this sail boat ride was the highlight of our vacay. It was an immersive and unique experience. We got to help raise the sails and steer the boat. It was chilly on Oct 10, so watch the weather and bundle up if needed. The crew was really cool and fun to talk with as well. I really enjoyed learning about their adventures.

Scenic route to Salem

Scenic route to Salem. beauty all the way to Salem and tour guide kept it very informative. I made the mistake of scheduling House of Seven Gables so close to our arrival time. we missed 15 min of the tour. This was my mistake. House of 7gables was kind enough to still allow us in and got us to our group. My point have a time buffer plus walking distance time if you do schedule a Salem tour. Other than my mistake, it the ferry was a great experience and everything I thought it would be.

We love Bobby K!

This tour was a perfect mix of history and spooky! The check in process was super easy even though it was one of the busiest days of the week. We absolutely loved that we got to stop and experience the Salem Witch Memorial! Our tour guide Bobby was funny, knowledgeable, and happy. You could really tell he loved the area and his job! If you're going to do one tour, do this one. The tour itself is long, delicious, and so well paced. You get to taste drinks at each different bar/pub, and each stop comes with a haunting story that makes the drink taste even better. Such a brilliant concept. And our guide made it even better — fun, energetic, super knowledgeable, and genuinely patient with all the questions we had (and we had a lot!). You can tell they love what they do and love the history they share. You definitely get the most out of this tour. Worth every minute and every sip.

The tour was very interesting and well done. April was a very engaging and knowledgeable host, who is a local person with a long family history in the area. She took us to many sites and gave us a fuller picture of Salem’s amazing history. She answered all of our questions and made it fun. I went with my ten year old grandchild who really enjoyed all of the stories the way April told them.
