Great day with Tom!
We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring the Joshua Tree with Tom! He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about the geology, flora and animals of the park and was happy to share his knowledge and answer all our questions. We explored some trails and took some great photos and learned some tales about the history of the area.

We had a great time...
We had a great time stargazing! My son (12 years old) was super engaged and learned so much from the guides. The location is super secluded so it allows for dark sky for excellent viewing. Lots of celestial and planetary information. And the send you pictures of what you saw in the telescopes and picture of your group. A nice added bonus.

Denise was a wonderful...
Denise was a wonderful guide ! She was friendly and knowledgeable. We got to hike and walk a couple of trail. She showed us many of the highlights. The rock formations that looked like a Cap, Stonehenge and a Chaise lounger as well as many others. We saw what is believed to be the tallest Joshua Tree at the National Park . She explained the flora and how resilient the trees are . She had cold water and snacks available for us . It was a worthwhile tour and I would recommend it !

The BEST way to see Joshua Tree
I highly recommend the private Joshua Tree tour. I had the pleasure of enjoying my day with Spencer. Although the tour was supposed to begin at 9:00 AM, I asked if we could start earlier as I was attending a conference. He was happy to accommodate my request. We had a pleasant drive from Palm Springs to Joshua Tree in a very clean van equipped with water and granola bars. During the safe drive, Spencer discussed the history, terrain and plants along the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and open to all of my of my questions. I can tell that he reads a lot and finds interest in many things, which makes for an EXCELLENT guide. Upon arrival at the park, I paid my national park entrance fee and off we went. Our first stop allowed for some rock scrambling, which I really enjoyed. I am an avid hiker, but had never done this before, so I truly appreciated his patience and the chance to try something new. Throughout the day, we made several stops at interesting vantage points and completed some small loop hikes of about 1 mile. This was my first time in a US desert, and Spencer made it a memorable experience. This tour company can customize the experience for your specific group needs and abilities. This is the BEST way to see the park, as you have someone else doing all the driving while you look around and enjoy this unique scenery.
