The experience was great. The only issue I had was difficulty communicating with the tour operator prior to the tour. I texted through the app, but did not receive any response. Silvia was the best at providing context and depth of meaning to what we saw

What a fantastic experience! Our tour guide Silvia was warm, friendly and very professional. She brought her own experiences with the Vatican and St Peters to the tour. We met at the exact location and time we were asked to and after a few minutes of introduction, we got into line for the Vatican Museums. Silvia assured us that even though the line stretched out for a mile, we would move quickly. She was right! We were inside within 15-20 mins. I loved that Silvia only showed us the most important areas and didn't waste time on every room. She even spent extra time in the courtyard explaining each feature of the Sistine Chapel. It made our brief 10 mins there much more meaningful and enjoyable. The only downside of this tour is how many people were there. It felt like we were packed in like Sardines. But that is not a reflection of the tour company or guide. Once we were in St Peters Basilica, Silvia did a very good job pointing out each of the highlights and giving us the history and importance of each feature. If we went without her, we would have had no idea about what we were looking at. She made everything more digestible and provided depth of meaning. The Basilica is so massive, you cannot see everything. Overall - great guide and great tour!!! Highly recommend.

Tour company easy to find and well organized. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and repeated important info. Pace was a little hectic but tour guide stopped often for head count and to allow for photo opportunities. Definitely would recommend this experience to others that are coming to Rome.

Great tour - even for someone who's not heavily into art.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this tour. The guide was very informative without a prolonged tour that my feet and attention span after multiple weeks of travel wouldn't have handled. Seeing the David was breathtaking, despite not actually being on my list prior to this tour. If we'd visited the Academia on our own without the tour guide, we would have missed a lot of important information and wouldn't have enjoyed it nearly as much. I'd highly recommend this tour.

We had a fantastic tour of the Colosseum with Oleg! He brought history to life in such a charming and entertaining way, adding his own touch of Italian humour to the otherwise dark and brutal stories of the gladiators. Oleg was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the history behind every corner of the Colosseum, elaborating on the fascinating details and stories that we would otherwise have missed. His storytelling made history come alive, turning what could have been a serious history lesson into something truly engaging, entertaining and fun! Honestly, three hours just wasn’t enough! We could have easily spent more time listening to his stories and discovering the fascinating history of ancient Rome. Leti is the best!

Our tour guide was Letitia/Leti and she was absolutely incredible. The museum was absolutely packed and she worked so hard to make sure we all stayed together and got through the museum on time. There were even some folks in our group who kept wandering off, and she was able to maintain calm, keep us together, and get us through to where we need to be. As an art historian, she was able to answer any of our questions with great detail and give us recommendations on where we should go outside of our tour. Highly recommend
