The weather was brutal…super hot…but of course, no one cn control that. Our guide, Alex, was super cool, knowledgable, courteous and overall…just great with a multigenerational group with really different walking abilities, interests, etc. The suggestions I have pertain to issues between the guide service and the booking company. The communication I had with the booking service was not good. I literally had a “confirmation” from the booking service (is that Viator?…I don’t know know) that our group would be picked up at West Yellowstone the day of the tour when I had another confirmation the day before that we’d be picked up at Tower Junction, WY. That was not cool and caused some anxiety all the way around. Also, I’d recommend at least an option for some upgraded lunch choices. That would cost more, but it would have been a nice option. The park is great. Our guide was really great. Work on the interface between Viator and the guide service.

We always reach out earlier in the week before your tour to confirm all of the details we’ve received, including the pickup location, so we can ensure everything is accurate and avoid any last minute surprises. Our goal is never to create anxiety but to take it away by verifying those details before your tour. Unfortunately, when bookings are made through third party platforms, there can occasionally be communication discrepancies outside of our control, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We also appreciate your suggestion regarding lunch upgrades. As a small business operating in a remote community, we’re limited in the options available to us, but we’re always looking for ways to improve where we can.

It was all memorable! It was our first sighting of Bison! Also waterfalls, thermal features. Brian very laid back, but got us bathrooms, and a tea/coffee break as requested, & lunch beside Yellowstone lake. Plenty of GF snacks for me! On time. Would recommend.

Isaac, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. We were on a private tour. It was a rainy day but Isaac would drop us off at the door at Old Faithful and the stores and then go park. He knew the best spots to see the animals and allowed us whatever time we wished at each location. The rain did not prevent us from having a great day!

The beauty of Yellowstone, the grizzly bears, bison, elk, long horn dear, waterfalls, and geysers. All amazing experiences. Most importantly, our guide, Kyle Dropik was as good as it gets. He was so incredibly knowledgeable on all facets of the history of Yellowstone and all of its assets. Kyle was 5 STAR.

The best was having Kyle as our guide. Excellent explanations of Yellowstone. So wildlife kbowledgeable. Eager to stop and help us see the animals. Very personable
which for our family of 7, was the best. Excellent picnic location for tasty lunch he prepared himself.

I have wanted to go to Yellowstone for sixty years. My husband is 91, and mobility is an issue. Like enabled us to see everything we especially wanted to see, was patient with our needs (frequent bathroom breaks), and helpful in so many ways. The lunch was delicious, and water was plentiful. Luke was well-informed but willing to skip portions of the narrative we already knew. What a wonderful day! Worth every penny!
