Excellent service, we had a big group with lots of luggage and had no issues getting off the ship and on to start our tour. They explained all our options and we decided what was best for our group. We got to see a lot before getting dropped off the airport. Our tour guide was very informative through out the drive and answered all our questions. She made sure we had reservations at a restaurant for our big group even with 4th of July traffic we were on time for every stop. Highly recommend as an option to get to the airport after a cruise.

We arranged for this private pickup after our Royal Caribbean cruise. Our guide, Bill, arrived earlier than our scheduled pickup time. He was very knowledgeable about local wildlife and took us to some great spots along our drive to Anchorage.

Excellent tour and transportation. Hauled trailer to haul all luggage, was very flexible, knowledgeable, and accommodating in the transfer process. gave our group the tour that was needed for our group to see the true Alaska.

Our family booked this private transfer to avoid the bus crowds and were not disappointed. Our driver, Dawn, was prompt, safe and knowledgeable. Her recommendations for sightseeing were helpful and informative. I highly recommend this option for your post cruise transfer.

Great way to travel from the cruise terminal to Anchorage airport! Van was spacious and comfortable for the 7 of us and all our luggage. Danna was a wonderful and informative tour guide. It was private so she took the time to find out what we wanted to do on the way to Anchorage. Highlights along the way: Wildlife Conservation Center, went to top of Alesky Mountain via tram and had lunch, and walked a short trail to a beautiful waterfall. It is a bit pricey per person, but it was also a tour with a transfer that lasted 8 hours. It was definitely worth it and I would do it again.

This tour is a great option if you have a late flight out of Anchorage after a cruise. Our awesome guide Mike picked us up at the Seward cruise terminal, & we spent the next 9 or so hours seeing some great sights & learning a lot about Alaska. You can specify what you want to see, but we left it up to Mike. Besides the aquarium in Seward & the cool wildlife center, Mike would pull off the road at various times to show us something interesting…a lake with a ton of different types of birds, a glacial river bed with amazing views, even a moose & black bear he spotted along the way. We had lunch at the top of Alyeska ski resort, via their tram, more fantastic views. Mike is passionate about Alaska & it was evident in the interesting stories he told.
He dropped us off at the Anchorage airport after a great day of experiencing things we would not have found on our own. Highly recommend!

What a way to get from the Cruise to Anchorage. Very presonnel, guides know the area and we got to see so much and talk along the way. Be sure to do the additional stops.

After an amazing cruise and week in Alaska, Dawn took care of us on our way back to Anchorage. I am so happy I chose this trip, as we were pretty tired, and Dawn catered to exactly what we needed. We saw beautiful sites, we were relaxed, and the day went according to our desires and needs. We loved the Wildlife Center, which Dawn guided us through and we were able to see a lot of wildlife. The tramway ride was fun and beautiful. Best way to end our amazing trip, and loved that everything was catered to us. Thank you!!

It’s a great way to get from the cruise ship in Seward to anchorage. We completely enjoyed doing the sea life center, the Alaskan wildlife center and the beautiful scenery everywhere. Our guide Sydney did a great job. Would highly recommend this trip

Our apologies that you had difficulty with your booking with us through Viator. This was an unfortunate situation that was exacerbated by a language barrier between us and difficulty communicating with each other through the Viator platform.
This guest booked a tour with a pick-up in Seward when they were 135 miles away in Anchorage. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this mistake by Viator or the guest until our guide was already in Seward for the pick-up and unable to return to Anchorage in time to offer an alternative. Due to this unfortunate mistake by the guest, we incurred hundreds and hundreds of dollars of expenses for gas, guide wages, and guide lodging. Even so, we have refunded the guest the full amount paid.
If you are reading this review and considering booking this tour, please know that this tour is a land transfer/tour from the cruise ship dock in Seward to Anchorage. It is NOT a cruise.
