Arrived for my dive and dive shop had no record of me scheduled to dive, never heard of me It was a refresher course so I couldn’t dive at all on vacation Thanks idiots

Hi Richard, We’re sorry your vacation plans were disrupted. After reviewing the situation, your reservation was made through a third-party booking platform and was never transmitted into our scheduling system, which meant we had no booking record or notification prior to your arrival. We completely understand being frustrated when travel plans don’t go as expected. However, this was not a case of our staff ignoring a reservation or refusing service. The booking simply never reached us from the third-party provider you chose to use. For that reason, we strongly encourage guests to either book directly or contact us ahead of time to confirm reservations, especially for scheduled courses and training activities. We also want to be clear that while we’re always willing to help resolve issues professionally, abusive language toward staff is never acceptable. During the phone conversation, our team was subjected to profanity and personal insults while attempting to understand what had happened. Our staff deserves to be treated with the same respect we extend to our customers. We sincerely hope you’re able to resolve the matter with the third-party booking company and recover any funds owed through them.
