I want my money back. Don’t book this experience.
I received a message at 12:07 pm yesterday saying that the venue had been changed, then I received a text message at 9:22 am this morning saying the event was cancelled. I tried contacting the provider- left messages on the phone sent messages through the app- no answer. Even still no answer or response. I called Viator and screenshotted the texts and my messages and sent emails requesting confirmation it was still happening before I drove the distance to Baltimore and they couldn’t get ahold of the provider. I even tried calling the new location supposedly switched yesterday- and they don’t have a phone number listed on google. All a sham and ruined my morning. I’ll be submitting a complaint with the better business bureau and pushing for my refund.
I was looking forward to this for weeks- now I want nothing to do with this company. Do better.
