Staff are very welcoming and accommodating which seems rare these days! The captains on the tour are very knowledgeable and you and your kids will learn a lot! I took my two grandsons ages 2 & 4 and had an amazing stress free time! I would highly recommend and will be doing it again!

We normally are not tour people, but due to the sheer volume of sights to see in St. Augustine, we were looking for an overview on our first day in town. Going in, we thought we knew everything we wanted to see on our trip, but ended up discovering even more places to explore! We were totally blown away by how much history we learned from Karen. Not only was her delivery hilarious, she explained everything in easy to understand terms and was able to answer all of our questions. Pretty sure she conjured a peacock to cross the road at exactly the right time for photos and had a canon shoot off in the background as a comical highlight to what she was saying at one point. My 86 year old father, who is considered a huge history buff, said he learned more from Karen in an hour than had in years. She personalized things, interacted with everyone in our group and even dropped us at a restaurant afterwards so we didn't have to walk! We started at stop 21, wished we got off on 22 to the fountain of youth, before getting off at stop 1. Stop one was our favorite, went to the general store, the jail, & museum. Lots to see at stop 1. Jay was our favorite driver. talked slow enough, loud enough, & Plain enough to understand all of the history. Wonderful day on the hop on hop off tour.

Justin , our airboat captain was friendly, considerate and a good boat driver. We so enjoyed our off the beaten path boat ride. Beautiful scenery with some local wildlife sunning on logs. Birds flying and a couple in their nest feeding their baby bird. This ride was both relaxing and invigorating. So glad we included this tour in our trip.

The staff was so friendly and approachable. The boat was well kept. The tour was entertaining, educational, and the wine was tasty. We saw dolphins and cruised around the pod for several minutes to get great photos. Furthermore you get right up close to the fort from the water giving a unique angle you just can't get from land. This experience was well worth the price and then some. It's not often you leave a place anymore thinking about how good a deal it is and my wife and I are still talking about it a week later to anyone that will listen.

We had great time with The Sheriff! He had the best stories and historical insights! He was engaging and entertaining, with tales of odd happenings, creepy facts, sad tales, and even some funny stories. I highly recommend you request him for your tour.

Taking a tour of St. Augustine in a large golf cart is the perfect way to see the city. The small streets in the historical district means you get to see places where the larger tram trains and buses can't go. The access to parking is a major plus in a city where finding parking can be difficult.

Bill was fantastic! My partner and I lucked out and ended up with a private tour and Bill made sure it was a special one. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly loves his job. Dad joke game is top tier. An absolute delight with so much history as well as paranormal evidence, I even got an unexplained presence in a couple of my own photos. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure to bring your walking shoes.
