Dive into the art of artisan bread baking in Phoenix, hosted through Cozymeal. Limited to 4 guests in-studio, this intimate workshop guides you step by step in preparing enriched yeasted doughs. The menu you will prepare includes: - Enriched yeasted dough for versatile breads - Pull-apart pesto star bread filled with sunflower seed pesto and Pecorino Romano - Black and white seed braided bread topped with sesame and poppy seeds - Sunflower seed pesto for dipping or spreading You’ll learn kneading, shaping, and filling techniques while gaining confidence to recreate these breads at home. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy as they bake and share their creations in this 2-hour class.

Dumplings taste even better when you’ve made every little fold yourself. At a casual Phoenix local venue, you’ll follow step-by-step guidance to prepare homemade Asian dumplings from scratch, starting with the filling and dough before moving into the fun part: folding, pleating and sealing each dumpling by hand. You’ll learn how to handle wrappers without tearing them, portion filling properly and cook your dumplings for delicious texture and flavor. Then comes the best part — sitting back and enjoying the meal you created. The pace is friendly and beginner-focused, so imperfect pleats are completely welcome. Bring your appetite, your curiosity and maybe a little competitive energy; store-bought dumplings are officially on notice.
