What are people saying about One World Observatory

We went first thing in...
We went first thing in the morning and there was no crowd. Being entirely inside, unlike Empire State Bldg or the Edge, there was no wind and the view was less scary

A beautiful place to remember such a horrible day.
There is a lot of walking and standing but there were times you could sit on a bench for a minute. We did not allow enough time, the museum could easily take 3-4 hours.

Highly recommend
Excellent tour. Note that tour is outside and includes entry only to museum and One Observatory. Maybe some more information on museum prior to entry would have been helpful. There is a lot to see! Tour guide Tim Dowd was very knowledgeable and spoke very clearly - so easy to listen to and understand.

Great views
well worth the visit, we had pre booked a timeslot, but arrived and entered early. Very friendly employees, and of course the views were stunning.
