The company Viator uses for this particular experience has a high degree of expertise in everything about Parc Guell and La Sagrada. This company’s communication with me was perfect, and because of their communication, I was able to easily locate their guides in a crowd of hundreds at the entrance to Parc Guell. This company also divided the total number of people booked for the experience into 3 smaller groups and assigned a guide to each smaller group. The guide to my group, Alex, was so good! He made the entire experience special for every person. and had a personality that was pleasant and professional. Alex not only relayed details of so many things about each of these sites, but also had an iPad showing relevant historical facts.

Great tour! The description accurately reflects the experience, and it’s definitely worth taking as a day trip. I learned a lot while still having time to explore on my own. The wine tasting was enjoyable, although I would have loved a little more time to walk around and explore the area. Our tour guide, “Papa Bear,” was attentive, personable, and welcoming. He made everyone feel seen, comfortable, and included throughout the tour. Overall, a wonderful experience I would recommend!

A great experience

So give yourselves plenty of time to get to the meeting point. Traffic can be very busy and there’s no dilly dallying at the meeting point. The earpiece is a great idea and everyone can hear the guide. Our guide was great. Was pleasant speaking not like some you hear shouting at their group. The tour was very good. The guide answered all the questions. 10/10 from me.

Good introduction to Barcelona

It’s a must do to learn the basics about some of the main sights. Be sure to read the options carefully as some ppl did not realize they had to choose the option for the visit INSIDE the familia Sagrada otherwise their tickets was only for the outside. I did not like the restaurant options we had for breakfast and lunch. (Not included in price). The lunch place near the familia la Sagrada was overpriced and the paella was just so so. The ppl working there were nice though. And the location was great. Finally, keep in mind that this is just an introductory tour. To spend more time at the specific places, then you can choose to go back another time I’m happy I got this introduction.

Revealing Beauty and Genius

Sagrada Família is Gaudi’s unfinished masterpiece , a single project over a century and a half in construction. The Basilica is massive yet seemingly as fragile as lace. Alex guided us through Barcelona’s gift to the world, revealing the genius of its construction, the meaning of the sculptural tableaus, and the interplay of light and stone. The tour was educational and exceedingly well presented. It was inclusive and by using microphones and ear pieces the audio was clear and understandable. A visit to Sagrada Família is an exquisitely beautiful bucket list visit that should not be missed. Viator’s tour is highly recommended.
