Great tour of highlights of Prado!

This tour was definitely worth it to get into the Prado and not wait for tickets. The communication from the tour operator was good and it was very easy to find the meeting place. Our guide, Frederico, was excellent - he was knowledgeable and had a sense of humor and was really enjoyable. Because we had a small group, he was willing to customize it to our interests. The Prado is huge and you could spend days there, so having the tour helped us see a lot and understand the importance of certain works and how the museum is organized. Then we were able to stay longer after the tour and explore more of it on our own.

Best tour of the year

This was one of the best, if not the best tour we've taken this year. Getting in early to the PRADO was worth the price of the tour alone. Our guide knew art so well. We learned a lot about the paintings in the museum and their history. We would have never known the stories of many of the paintings he showed us. Then the Palace tour was also exceptional - the palace was very crowded. I suggest getting the tour because you get to skip the line.

Long day but worth the journey

I had a very enjoyable day and got to visit three cities in Spain that I would not have been able to otherwise.As mentioned, it is a long, long day. I felt the experience was worth it because my guides, Eduardo and Diana, were outstanding. They were both very knowledgeable and kept tabs on the groups. While the group sizes were large, they were not unmanageable. Surprisingly, after allowing free time on two occasions, everybody in the group was back on time and no one held up our departure for the next city. I am not going to reiterate all of the wonderful sites mentioned by other reviewers as I feel that is unnecessary. My tour was in early October and the weather was very changeable. Avilla, especially was on the cold and windy side. Toledo, was much warmer. Dress accordingly and in layers. Did I mention thatEduardo and Diana were great. 😊

It was a very pleasant...

It was a very pleasant experience, calm and stress-free. The tour starts with a relaxed walk and city tour along the way to the palace. Entering the palace was very quick and easy thanks to the skip-the-line access, and the guided tour was concise, providing all the information you need to see the areas without dragging on or getting tiring. I think it is absolutely worth it as a choice!

Beatrice was an awesome...

Beatrice was an awesome tour guide with lots of useful information. The first tour to Segovia was my favorite with getting to see the castle and the church. The trip to Avila was a little short and it would have been nice to talk on the walls to take in the architecture a little more. Overall, this was my first trip to Madrid and I'd recommend this tour to get out of the city and see some of views these smaller towns have to offer. The tour guides did a fantastic job making sure nobody was left behind during this tour. Would recommend. Felt it was a fair price for what was offered.

Phenomenal Flamenco

My wife and I loved the Essential Flamenco experience. The performers were incredible from the dancers, singer and instruments. The venue was intimate which gave you a real feel and immersion of the experience. At a little over an hour long, it was perfect for pre-dinner entertainment. I would highly recommend.

Royal Palace tour.

We had a wonderful tour of the Royal Palace. Our guide was prompt, very friendly, and knowledgeable. She was easy to hear and follow throughout the tour, and we really appreciated that we were able to see so much of the palace. The tour felt thorough without being rushed, and we came away feeling like we had a great understanding of the palace and its history. A very enjoyable experience and one we would definitely recommend!

Prado experience

My husband and I joined this tour with Adrian. He was informative and engaging. He was so full of knowledge and enhanced our experience of appreciating The Prado and the artworks it houses. We only saw a glimpse of the vast collections, but Adrian made us want to spend more time there. My husband and I will definitely be going back to see the highlights again (Foot Washing by Tintoretto and The Garden of Earthly Delights by Bosch) and seeing new ones as well. If you can, ask for Adrian as your guide!

Our Tour guide, Alex, was fantastic. He gave us a little history in Spain, Toledo and Segovia. our driver Alejandro, drove us very safe. the tour is highly recommended for young people as this tour requires so much walking and it is hilly. difficult to walk for seniors and recently injured (like me), I hope Amigo can come up with a VIP package for seniors or people who does not like too much walking for this tour.

Bernabeu tour, being all...

Bernabeu tour, being all indoors, is ok to do on hot summer afternoons. Impressive displays. The tour guide makes the difference as they can add a lot of context. Ours (Gigi) did. That you cannot walk back to spend more time in the museum & you are escorted out at the end of the tour, is not ideal for a true fan.
