Fun pasta making & Bolognese experience
Had a fun experience with Kate and Bea. Both were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about pasta making... and mixing drinks! Had a good group of people in the 3 hour, 3:00 class. The pasta was really good, as was the bolognese sauce that was prepared beforehand. So happy that after several trips to Italia that my friend and I final took a class, was worthwhile! And we got to take our extra tagliatelle with us to enjoy on our next stop! Thanks to Kate & Bea

Great intro to food drink and history in Bologna. Gabriele was excellent and the walking pace was perfect in high temperatures. Enjoyed fabulous mortadella, lasagne and the local mini panini with prosciutto and cheese ending with fabulous ice cream all washed down with local equivalent to Prosecco but less sweet. Would recommend. 👍

Must do event if interested in italian cooking
Excellent event. Luca was the perfect teacher and it was great to learn some new aurhentic cooking skills. The small group of 10 of us meant we got to have a fun social activity. The food was delicious and I felt it was great value for money with the meal and wine included. Highly recommend.

Fun and Informative Food Tour
Julia was a wonderful guide: informed, clear, professional, patient, and fun. Roberta, our driver and general tour assist was just as lovely. These women truly care about creating an enacting and friendly tour experience for all and they could not have done a better job! I found the Parmagiano Reggiano production facility most interesting, as we were able to see several, real production steps happen up close in real time. I was a bit skeptical when I discovered on the bus that lunch incuded karaoke - which is not for me - but it was really a lot of fun, and more of a light DJ’d experience with the staff singing and all of us joining in. The best part of that was seeing how much the staff (and chef!) seemed to enjoy leading the tour group in song. Their enthusiasm was infectious and honestly it was really warm and lovely to see. The breakfast and lunch was very good, and both the Balsamico and Prosciutto stops were also nice. Overall, it was a very good tour and a lot of fun!
