Wonderful experience, the boat was great and arguably larger than other rental vendors, which was great for dealing with the waves on Lake Como. We had little to zero previous boat experience, but the boat was very easy to mannuever. The instructions was somewhat difficult to understand due to limitations in English capabilities of the instructor, however it had minimal impact on our experience. Super smooth booking, access and return process.

Not to be missed!

Had a chance to spend the afternoon on a four hour ride around the lake with Stefano. It was truly spectacular. From the charming history of the lake to the insight only a 5th generation resident can share, we had the best of times. Really, 4 hours was about right. We could have rushed to see the whole lake in three with simple drive-bys but the depth and friendship was built with time. Thank you to Hercules (company) and Stefano, our wonderful Captain!

Our tour of Lake Como with Filipo was extraordinary. There was some delay initially due to the amount of traffic on the dock in Lake Como where you board, but he and his company were great at communicating the delay. We loved this! It was great to get closer to the famous villas and hear about them from our guide. All well organised. Note the 1 hour cruise doesn’t go up as far as Bellagio and Barbianello (too far for that timing), but we saw other interesting sights and it was lovely being on the water. It was perfect timing for our family (9 year old son).

Our guide Andrea was a delight! She’s a very poised young lady in a male dominated job. Our family of 4 were all really impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm for Lake Como which comes from her family’s multi-generational roots there. Amazing experience

Mateo was an amazing boat captain and tour guide. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly beyond belief. He made us feel exceptionally welcomed and answered all questions we had. He was so kind. The boat ride was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. We are thinking of booking another tour but this time 4 or 6 hours.
